I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. The staff were impeccable, happy, kind and full of personality who take pride in what they do. A massive shout out to Emad and Isak from the bar who just went above and beyond for us, very respectful and lovely men. My 7 year old son felt so special during our stay as he loved all the staff acknowledging him with fist bumps and high fives and even many of them remembering his name. The food in the main buffet room and also the à la carte restaurants was great. Highly recommend the Asian and Italian restaurant! Just make sure you book at guest services the day before you want to eat there and then you can use the self service machines for future bookings. Don’t let the construction work put you off at is is hardly noticeable really. I can’t wait to see what the hotel is going to look like and the surrounding areas next time we visit. Hurghada is a beautiful place with beautiful people. Tips go a long way too and although staff never assume or ask for any they are always grateful when given. When I first heard of people coming to Hurghada every year or even twice a year I was shocked, as I’ve only seen ever visited a place once as I like to travel to different places. However that is completely different for myself now as I genuinely can’t wait to come back! If you’re thinking of booking this hotel please do, you will not be disappointed!

“Amazing resort”

Amazing hotel with amazing staff everything was perfect couldn't fault a thing , all the workers go out of there way to help, especially Violetta such a friendly and positive woman who always has a smile . Great food also will definitely be back

“A good week in the sun with heated pools!”

We had a lovely family week away in the sun over Christmas. The weather was great, and the heated pools made a huge difference, especially for the children who spent all day in the water. We had a lovely family week away in the sun over Christmas. The weather was great, and the heated pools made a huge difference, especially for the children who spent all day in the water. We stayed in a top-floor room on the left-hand side facing the sea, which meant we had sunshine on the balcony all day — a real bonus. Our son, daughter-in-law and their two children (aged 7 and 9) stayed in a large two-bedroom room near the slides, complete with a jacuzzi in the garden. The best feature of this hotel is definitely the heated pools. However, there wasn’t much in the way of a kids’ club or organised children’s activities. The food was generally very good. We particularly enjoyed lunch each day at the Greek restaurant, which served good pizzas and other casual options. The à la carte restaurants can be booked via the app — we enjoyed the Asian and Italian restaurants, although the burger restaurant felt a bit too casual, more like a takeaway. One downside was the smoking policy. There were no designated smoking areas, and there were a lot of smokers around the resort. At times, you could end up sitting next to someone chain-smoking all day by the pool or during outdoor meals. There are also quite a few salespeople walking around the sunbeds, but this was easily solved by hanging up a red flag from the towel station, which stopped them approaching you. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, so no need to get up early to reserve them. The lifeguards were particularly helpful and would happily move beds into sunnier spots if needed, as many are shaded by umbrellas. One area that could definitely be improved is allergy awareness. Our granddaughter has a serious peanut allergy, but food labelling was sometimes incorrect, and monkey nuts were even included in the Christmas stocking delivered to the room. The grounds are lovely — very well maintained with plenty of flowers — and there’s a nice pedestrianised walking area outside the resort. There is quite a lot of building work going on nearby, although fortunately we couldn’t hear or see much of it from either of our rooms. The rosé wine and beers were decent, although the red wine included in the all-inclusive package wasn’t very good, so we ended up buying bottles to have with evening meals. Finally, the staff worked incredibly hard throughout our stay and were always friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a really enjoyable Christmas family holiday and would happily return.
