The hotel is a bit old and some rooms could use renovation, but the cleanliness was good during my whole stay. The staff is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Everyone was polite, friendly and always ready to help. The hotel deserves many of its good reviews because of the people working there. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Hamada, who was very attentive, friendly and helpful during my holiday. He guided me and helped me whenever I needed something. The food was good and varied, with enough options every day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed my stay at SUNRISE Holidays Resort. I would consider coming back again.

Just home from having 10 days at this lovley hotel. Staff all very friendly, helpfull and work extremely hard. Just home from having 10 days at this lovley hotel. Staff all very friendly, helpfull and work extremely hard. Room, we had a sea view room on the 5th floor , large balcony with table and chairs and 1 sunbed. View outstanding! Cleaner Muhammad was excellent cleaned our room daily. Bed large , safe and fridge , plenty of storage space water bottles left daily. There was also 4 cans of juice on first day I dont drink tea or coffee and presumed this would also be restocked daily unfortunately not only on day 6 we had more cans left I used the shop to restock myself. Food bog standard all inclusive in main restaurant,found something to enjoy every day. Used Mediterranean a la cart once food good. We used beach bar one evening, they have a set meal with a belly dancing show on a Friday night which we enjoyed. (Aprox £19 per person ) This is also a snack bar during the afternoon which was very good. Pool area , we didn't use due to not much shade and sunbeds crammed together but was busy daily and looked well maintained and cleaned. Beach area was amazing, lagoon beautiful spent every day here , waiters and life guards amazing and very hard working. Use red flag I forgot ours one day and within an hour had had everyone approach for trips massage fish doctor etc. All ok and not pushy. Someone from I think Management approached daily asking if everything was ok we also had 3 phone calls to room during our stay asking the same thing. We used the hotel taxi service twice to marina drivers very good and funny. Entertainment what we seen was ok unfortunately the chairs around the pool and entertainment area are the most uncomfortable chairs ever we didn't stay long. Animation team fab funny and very hard working. Late check out we kept room untill 6pm which cost 40 euros, money well spent. All in all a great time was had ....would have been 5 stars if fridge was restocked daily and new chairs or at least chair cushions, many thanks sunshine 😊

I (27f) stayed at sunrise holidays with my friend (27f) and had a great holiday. We stayed for 5 nights and still weren't able to try everything the hotel had to offer. As soon as we arrived the staff were very friendly, with hot towels for our hands and face at reception. We had arrived on a late flight and they had held the buffet open for us so we could get something to eat. The room was very clean and quite large, I think the hotel itself was fairly old so there were some cracked tiles here and there but for a place this size you really can't complain if they don't stay on top of it completely. There were so many activities throughout the day you could join - beach volleyball, darts, yoga, step and water aerobics etc. All led by the lovely Animation Team who were super friendly; particular shout-outs to Marvi, Elma, Marcello and Bondok who went out of their way to make us feel especially welcome. Evening entertainment was also pretty good compared to other hotels I've stayed at, there were usually 2 acts each evening with some kind of dance and then a singer with a range of different genres. A few older couples were dancing to Frank Sinatra a few times which was very cute to see. My friend had also got a couple of massages at the in-hotel spa and came out looking very relaxed each time. The staff were super accommodating and really looked after us and never let you go thirsty in the heat. Overall, this was a great hotel if you're looking for a relaxing holiday and I'd definitely recommend.

Old rooms but there are new depends on wich compony you come from, low quality of meet and fish the cheapest, ac in rooms is central and you cant change speed itried maney times with staffs but only promosis nothing change, iwant fullkorn bread but they just ignored me, and they are bulilding work… more
