2nd time here at sunrise hurghada Adults Only. Beautiful hotel with great views. Staff are all very nice and polite, food is very good actoss the hotel from free and paid meals. Fully recommend the facial spa, for haircut, facial and beard service for men. The spa massage next to the gym is amazing, I have had 2 now with Fatima which ended in a deep sleep. Bliss, utter relaxation 😊

“Very nice place to spend your holiday!”

We visited this place in the end of Mai 2026. It is the second stay in the resort. The time spent eas a good quality one due to the room quality, tranquil atmosphere, good and diverse food and the nice employees that ofers theyr quality sevices.

Just returned after a 7 night stay. Overall we had the best relaxing time. Room - we stayed in room 438 and had a great view overlooking the lagoon balcony was big with a great view of the pool and entertainment area if you didnt want to go down on a night. Room was outdated however 2 huge double beds that were so comfy, good size bathroom and a fridge stocked up. Our room was so clean daily and loved the towl art. Food - the snack bar was where we had lunch most days the burgers were huge and very tasty good selection from pizzas to sandwiches and salad. All the staff were great, constantly smiling and attentive. The lady behind the bar made the best espresso martini! Main restaurant was also very good from the different kind of eggs to the breads, and to die for pastries The guva and melon juice were also amazing. The staff again were all so lovely bringing bottled water and also fresh orange juice. Evening meals good selection. There are other restaurants in site to book in reception we never did but they looked nice. Cocktails some were yummy the tropical spark was our fav, beer was nice but wine wasnt great but taste dependant, a wide selection available also non alcoholic cocktails. The bar staff work so hard especially on an evening back and forth but always with a smile and good banter. Animation team - Marvi and the crew were brilliant, always happy, talkative and friendly. The aqua aerobics was really good fun and they offered things like darts, volley ball and stretching. The evening was good but do think it could be better. We had a beach party one night and that had to be one of the best nights, the dancers and light show were great and the disco afterwards had everyone dancing. The set up though with the seating could have been better but they did what they could with the space. Most nights there was a singer and then an act some better than others then a mini disco after. Everything was wrapped up by 11pm. There is a club starts at 11.30 we never went other than to the raffle and never heard it either, they started at 10 and we're constantly around talking to everyone and getting people involved but not over bearing. They did a great job Pool There's an infinity pool that wasnt busy and the main pool. We didnt use it very much as not so many beds, no real atmosphere i.e no music and im not talking wanting loud music just nothing but background noise from the bar. There is also only a canopy covering some of the beds and you were crammed in. Lagoon This was the best bit for us, towls were large and soft. Was there free sunbeds yes most mornings up to around lunch time you could still get one but there were also beds saved from as early as 6am and people out in the lagoon at that time. The area at the top on the deck got busy first and at times was windy but you had a wind break available and cover. You just followed the sun and moved your beds. The lifeguards and the team couldnt do enough for you. But do recommend getting a red flag. Our 1st day we didnt know what they were for and were pestered by the team walking round selling tattoos or spa but give them there dues when we said no thanks they did leave us alone After that when we got a flag they would say morning but nothing else There are plenty of fish to see in both the lagoon and off the floating deck and the turtles that come to visit is just beautiful to see. Tip the sand gets so bloody hot so remember to take footwear down to the water or when walking around. There are plenty of toilets and shower areas to clean off the sand and the waiters come round with drinks for most of the day. Some were better than others but they are so busy running around. There is also times when the chef will come round with fruit or biscuits. The lagoon is were the animation team spend most of there time there's music from 10am but not too loud and is quiet from around 1 to 3 then starts up again but it isnt loud or annoying, people's speakers playing different music is annoying though at times. The life guards and the guy sorry couldnt remover his name were so helpful from helping with beds or putting up the umbrella and windbreak. Maintenance Each night the dock was being worked on but it wasnt loud enough to hear in the room once the patio door was shut some banging through the day but not enough to ruin it. If you hear whistling from kids get to where the boats are docked as this is when the dolphin appears we didnt know until our last day so that was a highlight. Reception couldnt do enough for you we arrived at 11pm and was offered drink and food, on vheck out we just asled for a shower room or we could have had a later check out but always very helpful. The hotel overall is nice, it's very clean, the staff are super helpful and happy. Does it need up upgrading in parts yes, the atmosphere was good and wasnt full of people being loud and drunk. It was very relaxing and was a memorable holiday, would we go back no but not because of anything bard we just like to visit different places however there are regulars that come back year after year.

Nice hotel. The staff are really welcoming and hospitable. They provide water and soft drinks in the mini fridge, included in the all inclusive. The beach area is really nice and there are usually sun beds free. The room was clean but the decor was outdated, hence the 4 stars. I’ve heard rooms on higher floors have been refurbished though. The atmosphere was nice throughout our stay. The dinner area is open until 1am which is useful if you have a late flight like we did.
