Arrived at Hurghada airport. Awful place. Just do what you need to do (visa etc) to get through and then it's great. Transfer to the hotel took around half an hour. Hotel grounds are lovely. Many pools to choose from (although most were pretty cold). There are various vendors that will come and speak to you regarding spas, massages, pedicures, trips etc, but a simple red cloth flag provided by the towel huts will advise them to leave you alone. They're not too pushy at any rate. Didn't notice any loud music where I usually set up camp. A few noisy brits in the bar pool (including me!!) but good spirits all round. Evening's were chillier and the entertainment was very Spain 1990's (the theatre arena was being updated) but there are more than enough restaurants and places to eat and drink. Note that the restaurant places have to be booked but can be repeated if you find one you like. We had booked the Bedouin but cancelled once we realised it was off site. The room was ample in size and had water, soft drinks, coffee machine etc. No complaints about the room although the keys were a bit dodgy. Requested at least two replacements. Cleaner was the same guy all week and he was very attentive. We were in block ten close to the waterpark, but this only opened at 10.00am so there was no issue with noise whatsoever. Egypt itself? Lovely snorkelling, but outside of the resort the quest for your cash can be grating. I'm a middle-aged man so am at ease ignoring people in souks but you could see various women being targeted for constant harassment trying to sell tat. A shame, as apart from that this country is beautiful. Will happily go back to Egypt and would not mind coming back here.

“The Best is animators”

The holidays were wonderful. The biggest plus for Poles was the Polish animator. My daughter was delighted. The animators try their best. The holidays were wonderful. The biggest plus for Poles was the Polish animator. My daughter was delighted. The animators try their best. The rooms may be old-fashioned, but they are always clean thanks to the friendly staff. The food is delicious. The only downside is the cold water in the showers and the lack of Polish songs for children at the mini disco. We'll be back for Kaja.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely great from start to finish. The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the perfect location - everything important is literally within reach, Thanks to this, the entire stay was very comfortable and stress-free. The hotel also has an amazing atmosphere. The staff was nice, professional and always willing to advise or help with anything. The whole environment feels pleasant, clean and you feel really welcome here. The rooms are rather simple, but very decent, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, everything worked without problems and ideal for relaxing throughout the day. I also appreciate the quietness during the night and the overall coziness of the room. A big thank you also goes to the animation team, who were absolutely excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly, smiling and full of energy from morning to night. The program was well prepared, fun and managed to create a fantastic mood throughout the stay. It was clear that they do their job with enthusiasm and that they really care about the guests enjoying their holiday to the fullest. The animation team gave the hotel an even more special atmosphere. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent price-quality ratio. If you are looking for a great place with a great location, a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable accommodation, I can definitely recommend it. I would be happy to come back here again.

We had our second vacation at this hotel and once again it was amazing. Everything was great from the beginning to the end. The food was very good with a wide selection for everyone, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. What really made our stay special was the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and welcoming that we truly felt like we were among friends. A special thank you goes to the animation team — they were absolutely fantastic! Funny, energetic, and always friendly. Every activity with them was enjoyable and created such a great atmosphere throughout the whole holiday. Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful vacation.
