We booked 5 nights/6 days at Casa Mare first line resort from 26/5/2026 till 1/7/2026 as a family, it is our first visit to the resort First of all, we booked 2 standard double rooms 4 adults on an all-inclusive basis The reception provided us with two separate rooms in two different building although we are one family but they told us that is the only available choice, anyway not a problem and we could deal with, rooms 2627 and 2745 The reception of the hotel is not luxuries and just a building of two floors as most resort in Marsa Alam, Air condition is on at reception area all day We reached the resort at 10.30AM, we received our bracelet in minutes and were able to use all resort facilities even restaurants and pools but we did not get in the rooms before 2.00PM The resort is medium size, green areas, palm and trees, The resort is standing alone in the desert, the nearest one is about several kilometers away, this is the nature of Marsa Alam, long distance between hotels Our rooms were with a view on aqua park pool/swimming pools and sea The room is large size, classic style with double beds and even can afford third one easily with a space for movement, the air conditioner is excellent performance Also, we got a problem with electricity off and the maintenance solved the problem as just they received the complain The internet is free at public areas almost zero speed The housekeeping is perfect working from sunrise if you need, generally the resort is the best at the point of hygienic attitude The food is OK, always you will find something nice to eat, with choices as expected from this type of resort, it is tasty and delicious with accepted varieties (you will enjoy your meal) although my kids say it is normal food with moderate taste, we mainly focus on breakfast and dinner and neglect lunchtime, so I do not know what they provide for lunch, the fresh fruits are perfect, many kinds , The bakeries at breakfast is the best The soft drinks are just color, powder mixed with Liters of water (yakki) , The cola and water with bad taste and served almost not cold , should use ice cubes Soft and hot drinks are available almost all day at bars and at night at the main lobby bar Beach bar provide you with fries, sausage, pizza but very crowded and served you in too much time, you almost forgot what you asked for ice cream served dorm 2.00/4.00PM at pool bar, awful taste ( Yakki -Yakki) The animation team is OK, but you feel they just do a job with no spirit No theatre or show area , just gathering in second floor with music at main building or gathering at main pool area , I liked Arabian show and Columbian show, the other days without show ( one day with a paid ticket outside the resort , foam party at beach with a ticket , they did not provide alternatives these days , All the team is off a whole day and night ) , the animation and night show is at minimum , they have to be more active ) The sea beach is nice, clean, without depth, you have to walk in water for a distance, I did not like it, affected by ebb and flow dramatically To dive with coral, snorkeling enjoying fishes and sea creatures, we have to pass one of the longest jetties all over the world (not less than 800 meter minimum) The life guards on jetty all day from 8.00AM till sunset The pools are clean and lovely The aqua is OK, five main different slides and shapes, the kid aqua is OK The staff is trying to help you as they can especially reception desk office manager, socially responsible and the main chef At the second day of our stay, I published a complain at Facebook about how come the animation is off all the day and also the quality of food is not as expected, they called me many times to apologize and offered us a free a la carte dinner and beach dinner with no fees The resort is full capacity but we did not feel with crowdedness As a general conclusion, the hotel is enjoyable, you get what you pay for and I think it is one of the resorts you like to return back and the minors or mistakes can be under control
