This was our 13th time at the Concorde Moreen Beach Resort in Marsa Alam – and for good reason. This hotel has long since become a second home for us. The warm atmosphere, the friendliness of the entire team and the beautiful house reef ensure that we look forward to our holiday every time. Of course, during our stay, the ongoing renovation work was partly noticeable. Nevertheless, the hotel management has made great efforts to keep the disruption as low as possible. A lot of work was carried out at night. A good example of this is the entire path from the upper beach to the restaurant, which was relaid almost completely overnight – we practically didn't notice anything about it. Special praise goes to the entire staff. All staff are friendly, helpful and attentive at all times. You can just tell that a lot of commitment is being done here. We would like to highlight in particular the chef Mohammed and the entire kitchen team. Every day we were spoiled with varied and very tasty dishes. Individual requests were also responded to in a friendly manner at all times - a heartfelt thank you for that. Great praise also goes to the lifeguards Mohammed, Mohammed and Romil. Not only do they ensure safety on the beach and in the water, but they also always have a smile on their faces and contribute to a relaxed atmosphere with their friendly nature. We are particularly impressed by their commitment to the protection of the beautiful house reef. They consistently ensure that guests treat the underwater world with respect – a commitment that deserves great respect. You also feel in good hands at the reception at all times. Our special thanks go to Ahmed El Marakby, who always has an open ear and takes care of the guests' concerns with a lot of commitment. Problems are solved quickly and easily. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is exemplary. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily. A big thank you to our room boy Shaaban, who always did an excellent job. He knew exactly when we were at breakfast and used that time to thoroughly clean our room. So we came back to a perfectly prepared room every day. 👌 We would also like to thank M. Rabie, who regularly asked if everything was okay and personally apologized for the inconvenience caused by the renovations. This attention and appreciation towards the guests is by no means a matter of course. 👍 The renovation work was portrayed in some reviews much more negatively than we felt it ourselves. Of course, you can hear work here and there – but you should also keep in mind that many guests also expect a hotel to always be modern, well-maintained and in perfect condition. This is exactly what can only be achieved through regular renovations. From our point of view, the hotel management has done everything possible to keep the restrictions for guests as low as possible and to ensure that everyone has a great holiday. The entire complex is very well maintained. Especially the beautiful garden stands out every time anew. Every day, the gardeners take care of the plants and green spaces with a lot of love. Of course, sun, wind and intensive use over the years leave their mark - but that's exactly why the Concorde is continuously investing. Rooms are being modernized, furniture and curtains are being renewed, and many areas are being upgraded step by step. You can clearly see that long-term thinking is being done here. The fact that we were here for the 13th time probably speaks for itself. And we don't have to think about it for long, because our next stay in October is already booked. We are already looking forward to seeing many familiar faces from the hotel team and hopefully some dear regular guests again. This was our second stay at Concorde Moreen, and once again it was everything we hoped for - relaxing, warm, beautiful and full of good memories. What makes this hotel so special is not only the location, the sea or the reef, although the reef is absolutely stunning and full of life. It is also the atmosphere. Concorde Moreen has a calm, friendly, almost family-like feeling that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. This time we stayed in a room with a sea view, and it made our stay even more special. Waking up and seeing the sea every morning was a beautiful part of the holiday. The room was comfortable, clean and well looked after, and the housekeeping team did a great job every day. Everything felt fresh, tidy and cared for. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The gardens are wonderfully looked after, full of greenery, flowers and little details that make every walk around the resort a pleasure. You can really see how much care the gardeners put into keeping the place fresh, peaceful and alive. Together with the rich underwater world, the colourful reef, the fish and the nature all around, it creates a truly magical setting. During our stay, the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. There is a new part of the hotel being built near the existing buildings, but while we were there, no loud construction work was taking place and it did not disturb our holiday. We had no problem with the noise level and could fully enjoy the calm atmosphere of the resort. In our opinion, Concorde Moreen offers very good value. The beautiful location, the reef, the food, the service, the gardens and the overall atmosphere all make the stay feel truly worth it. A big thank you to the whole hotel team. The reception staff are kind, helpful and always smiling. A special thank you to Ms. Dominika for her warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness. We also really appreciated the lifeguards, chefs, animation team, waiters and gardeners - everyone contributes to the wonderful atmosphere of this place. We would especially like to mention our waiter Mohammed, who made our meals even more enjoyable. He looked after us with such care, kindness and attention, always making sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Thanks to him, breakfast, lunch and dinner were not just meals, but lovely moments spent in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was warm, the reef was breathtaking, the room was clean and comfortable, and the people made the whole stay unforgettable. Concorde Moreen is not just another hotel for us. It is a place with heart, nature, good energy and people who truly care about their guests. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We will definitely come back again.

I spent a week in this hotel with my girlfriend in the beginning of July. Overall experience was very good. Pros: - helpfull, attentive and willing staff - great choice and tasty food - good possibilities for snorkeling from the shore or from the jetty, ( red flag not very often) - very nice hotel area especially the garden - our room (beach front) was well equipped and clean - bottle of water in the room every day and many water dispensers around the beach and pools Cons: - electric buggies of diving center going on the sand instead on pavements so raising clouds of dust over beach beds - there are many advertizing posters for various travel portals - including Tripadvisor- but tripadvisor.com is blocked by the hotel - why?

Hotel is close enough from the airport (only around 15 min). The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the pool and beach areas were well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we enjoyed our vacation. It’s clear that the hotel is focusing on keeping everything quiet and comfortable for guests. The only downside was the food. There was a decent variety, but the quality and taste were only average and could definitely be improved. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we would consider staying here again.
