A very enjoyable stay in a very nice hotel localised in a beautifully and well-maintained garden. A very enjoyable stay in a very nice hotel localised in a beautifully and well-maintained garden. A large and comfortable room (we upgraded to a sea-view room upon check-in, which officially cost $50). Daily housekeeping and towel change. The room included a safe, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and satellite TV. Wi-Fi was available in the room and throughout the hotel. We lost signal on the beach. The beach was sandy, but footwear was essential – the sea was rocky and remnants of the reef were scattered. Finding free sunbeds on the beach was easy. Beach towels were included and can be replaced. The food selection was limited, but you could always find something delicious. The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly, and committed. There were no pushy sellers, and red beach signs were available at reception, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Another fantastic time staying at the Concorde moreen. This place really is the bees knees. The staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome. We had a beautiful room with sea view. Cleaned every day with some amazing towel art our house keeping guy went above and beyond. Always plenty of water left each day with tea coffee etc. Clean towels as when needed. And very comfortable bed. Tv and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Reception staff are very helpful and always friendly and accommodating. Check in was hassel free and quick. In the buffet restaurant there is always great choices, the food is yummy and the cleanliness is of a very high standard. Plenty of choice morning noon and night. The waiters and chefs are all super friendly and make you feel so welcome. The beach restaurant does lovely pizza and pasta and hot and cold sandwiches with fries, salad and soup at lunch time with table service. The Italian alcarte also has a good choice and again table service in the evening. The pools are really nice with the deep one heated in the winter months. The beach is beautiful too. Plenty of sunbeds and there is a adult beach if you want peace and quiet. Life guards are alway on hand around the pool on the beach and at the end of the Jetty. Animation team are always around to offer activities throughout the day. With Bocca, darts, aqua gym, Foam party on the beach, inflatables in the pool, salsa dancing, yoga and stretching. Evening entertainment ranges from fire shows, fakir, karaoke, quizzes, acrobat show, live singers etc. There is an amazing dive centre on site. Orca dive club. With an amazing house reef to explore. There is a spa and beauty salon on site. Offering a whole range of beauty and massage services. On the beach there are a couple of gift shops and a juice bar. Run by super friendly staff. Inside the hotel there are shops and now an opticians. So all thats left to do now is a big shout out to all the members of staff that went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Attention: if you are looking for a quiet rest and relaxation, go somewhere else. I did not expect such a vacation. The resort is in the middle of construction. Attention: if you are looking for a quiet rest and relaxation, go somewhere else. I did not expect such a vacation. The resort is in the middle of construction. Right next to the beach, there is a stone demolition. There are excavators that break the stone bedrock all day long. It is a noise that can be heard throughout the resort. Most of it on the beach. They start at 7 am and end at 7 pm. To make matters worse, on the other side of the mentioned excavators, the sidewalks are being reconstructed, where workers are hammering new paving stones and stomping them with a loud hammer. The new tiles and material are being brought in by another excavator that makes noise and dust. All this throughout the day, so an afternoon nap after lunch is not possible. The main gate is also under reconstruction, so the hotel is surrounded by buildings (although the gate is the least of the problems - there is no noise from there) The accommodation is clean, cleaned daily. The food is delicious, the chefs cook great. Nice selection of dishes, plenty of everything. There are a lot of staff, they are helpful, so it works to carry plates and deliver drinks, etc. The beach is smaller, there is coral in the water so you need to wear water shoes. You can snorkel from the pier, but the corals are all gray and not very extensive. The fish are nice and colorful. You can also see a turtle.
