We are return guests and have stayed at this truly amazing hotel for the second time now. I could write a lot about the great location itself, the rooms, the beach, the incredibly good quality of food in the restaurants... everything is just perfect! But the main reason why this hotel is so very special and why it distinguishes itself from so many other Egyptian hotels is just the very special staff!!! From reception desk and the great room service (thank you Ahmed for your great service in room 2208), to the waiters in the restaurants (Mohammed, Mahmoud), all the attentive beach staff, Maya at Customer Relations who is so dedicated to make your day even better, and last but not least Dina from the Main Restaurant – a very special thank you to you personally for your excellent service, your attentiveness, always a nice word and your very much appreciated short language "lessons" in Egyptian Arabic;-) Each one of you is so polite, with such a great sense of humour - and yet still so professional! So thank you everybody for making our holidays so relaxing and special! And a well-deserved, huge compliment to the management for such a well-run hotel and for giving women like Maya and Dina the opportunity to work there – it really makes me happy to see that! Keep it up, ladies :-) We will definitely be back! So I'm thanking each one of you people for making us so welcomed and hope to be back very soon! Jaz Costa Mares completely exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the incredible staff, we had a truly wonderful stay. we was there from 22.5.26-29.5.26. Upon arriving at the hotel at 3:00 AM, we were warmly greeted with a fresh fruit platter. The check-in process was extremely quick, and our suitcases were promptly delivered to our room. We were even provided with a late dinner in our room because of our early-morning arrival—a wonderful surprise that we hadn't expected at all! It is clear that the hotel genuinely cares about the details, which is exactly what makes it so exceptional. Our room attendant, Ashraf, was wonderfully kind, always smiling, and kept the room beautifully clean. Every day, he surprised us by folding our towels into different animals on the bed. Our favorite waiter, Mohamed, was equally amazing. He was always smiling, knew exactly what we liked, and frequently surprised us with our favorite drinks. The service is incredibly attentive; waiters will pull out your chair for you and happily chat with you. Remarkably, none of the employees expect a tip, but we gladly gave them anyway because we were so thoroughly satisfied with the service. The beach service is also top-notch. The staff is always ready to help you set up your sunbed with a mattress and towels. Everything on the property is conveniently located, and we were lucky enough to have a ground-floor room right by the beach. The beach itself is beautifully maintained and cleaned daily. The sea is crystal clear, offering amazing snorkeling with sea turtles, dugongs, and vibrant corals. While there are sometimes boats with other snorkelers out at sea, they aren't there every day and didn't disrupt the peace. The dining experience was fantastic. The food was highly varied, and every meal offered unique flavors. We particularly appreciated the fresh seafood, which was served every other day for lunch or dinner. perfect fresh mango juice. Additionally, since this is an adults-only hotel, the entertainment and activities are perfectly tailored for a mature, relaxing environment. Although the hotel appeared to be fully booked, it never felt crowded. We didn't encounter any lines for food or have any trouble finding an available sunbed. Furthermore, the staff actively monitors the beach to prevent guests from reserving sunbeds and leaving them unoccupied. We were truly able to unwind. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we haven't slept so well in a long time. Thank you to the entire team at Jaz Costa Mares; we will definitely be coming back!
