We had an excellent stay and our overall experience was far above our expectations. This was our first time in Egypt, and honestly, our first impression could not have been better. Considering the price we paid, we felt that the hotel offered exceptional value and delivered much more than we had expected. The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and very well maintained. We had direct pool access, including our own private pool area and a generous terrace, which made the whole holiday feel even more special and relaxing. The housekeeping service was also excellent — our room attendant was extremely kind, helpful and attentive throughout the stay. We were also very impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the restaurants and dining options. The all-inclusive concept worked very well, and we really appreciated the possibility to enjoy à la carte restaurants for lunch and dinner, as well as the option to use restaurants in the neighbouring hotels. The food was very good overall, with plenty of choice and good quality. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Service, cleanliness, room quality, location and overall value were all excellent in our opinion. The only area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi. The internet connection was often slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to work online when needed. It would also be helpful if the Wi-Fi coverage worked more consistently across the connected neighbouring hotels. One small additional suggestion would be to reconsider the music style and volume in the restaurant/bar area near the water wall during lunchtime, as the food there was excellent but the music was sometimes a bit too loud and energetic for a relaxed meal. Apart from these small points, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
