The stay was fantastic. The service everywhere was top-notch. The food was delicious. It was great to try the local cuisine. The desserts surprised me. They were colorful and delicious. The dishes were fresh. The staff was easy and friendly. I recommend it and will definitely visit again.

“A wonderful experience”

Our family stayed at this hotel in July 2026, room 2154 and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by everyone, from the security staff to the reception and bell team. Check-in was completed within minutes, and my request for a ground-floor room (made during booking due to special circumstances) was fully honored. The room was exactly as described, very clean, well prepared, and we were welcomed with complimentary fruits and nuts. The bathroom was fully stocked with all essential toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries, delicious desserts, a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, and outstanding service. A special thank you to the omelet chef, who made a beautiful cartoon-shaped omelet for my little daughter and made her day. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire main restaurant service team for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and warm, welcoming attitude toward all guests. Their genuine friendliness and constant willingness to help made every meal a truly enjoyable experience. The swimming pools were spotless, and we appreciated that children were allowed to enjoy them until around 7:30 PM, unlike many other resorts that require guests to leave much earlier during the summer months. A very special thank you to the Executive Chef, who personally supervised the restaurant and was always present to assist guests and ensure everything ran smoothly. When I casually asked about Molokhia for my daughter—even though it was not included in that day's menu—he immediately offered to prepare it especially for her without us even requesting it. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects exceptional hospitality. I would also like to thank the reception team, the accounts department, and the Reception Manager for their professionalism and efficiency in helping me modify my reservation from five nights to three due to unexpected personal circumstances. The entire process was handled within minutes with genuine care and outstanding customer service. My appreciation also goes to the hotel doctor, who kindly examined my daughter after she accidentally bumped into a chair while running. I would also like to thank the hardworking staff at the beach kiosks for serving delicious pizza, sandwiches, drinks, and ice cream with genuine kindness and efficiency. Finally, many thanks to the team at the main bar, who served our drinks every evening with remarkable speed and friendliness, always accompanied by snacks that made our evenings even more enjoyable. This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating—and, in my opinion, it deserves an extra star for the exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine smiles shown by every member of the staff. Suggestions for improvement: Thursday's lunch and dinner buffet was by far the best during our stay in terms of quality, variety, and taste. I hope the hotel can maintain this outstanding standard every day, as the meals served on the other days did not quite reach the same level. I also hope the quality of food at the main covered beach restaurant returns to the excellent standard it maintained in previous years. A lifeguard should be present at every swimming pool at all times to further enhance guest safety. Larger umbrellas around the swimming pools would provide better shade and improve guests' comfort, especially during the hottest hours of the day.
