Single parent with 8 year old daughter, one of the best holidays we have had. Hotel is amazing, immaculate vibes. Staff all work so so hard, lifeguards day/night. Mohamed and his colleague at the pool bar near VR room were always so friendly and lovely to chat too. Knew my order before i even had to ask. They are a credit to the hotel. The staff across the restaurants are helpful, the gardeners always working hard making sure the gardens are immaculate. Pools and slides wow so much choice we loved spending our days on them. So much fun! My daughter loved the splash pads and big slides. Lots to do around the hotel for the kids we barely left other than 3/4 day trips. The VR room is also included which is great for the kids and the bumper cars. Always plenty of sun-beds which was amazing no sun bed wars! Always a win on holiday and plenty in the shade for the kids if needed. Food and drink - could have better cocktails but did manage to find one to enjoy red hot summer! Club mac snack bar was great the home made pizzas are stunning, think i ate them daily!! Chips, nuggets and pastas etc. Ate in the burger bar too which was good and restaurants of an evening always found something. We used the sister hotel at aqua park too which was great fun, entertainment in our hotel was OK some nights bit hit and miss but my daughter loved the mini disco. We didn't use the kids club as there wasn't much going on in there when we looked and only 1/2 children. The park outside is good fun for the kids. We stayed in room 1115 with a stunning garden view loved watching the sun come Down each evening and my daughter was close enough to go on the bumper cars whilst watching from our ground floor balcony. Room was tidy, our cleaner Akhmed couldn't do enough for us. Would always make the effort of making animals on the bed with towels which we couldn't wait to see each day!! They work really hard and are always around to help if you need extra towels or anything. Thank you! We used the hotel bus to the private beach which was great, free sunbeds etc. the supermarket on this private beach annoyed me bought two material belly dancing sarongs agreed 800 EGP paid by card and when i got back the hotel checked my bank he had charged me 3,200 EGP!!! £48 for tiny piece of material i couldnt believe what he had done. I am disputing this with my bank currently - told the hotel reception who were really helpful calling the shops boss however i was unable to return the next day due to a full day trip and then returning home :( however this is not the hotels fault just a shame someone would do this so always check your card machine amount before tapping!! We cant wait to return to this hotel it really is amazing and we have already recommended to so many people who have asked where we stayed! A cheeky discount from the hotel wouldn't go a miss to return ha ha :) Miss everyone already and the hotel!! Laura & Freya room 1115 xxx

Overall it's a very good big luxurious hotel The restaurants have become good since the Turkish chefs came they make very good food. Regarding the cleanliness of the room thank you Mohamed Heikal who was at our care They can do more activities and events it would be not bad otherwise I give 8/10… more
