Our third trip here and it’s been just as perfect as all the other times. The staff are the best part of this hotel, in particular Asma and Diego from the animation team, mustafa the life guard, Khodir in the restaurant, Ahmed from the pool bar and Mahmoud in the bar. I think the food was better this year on the whole and the all inclusive cocktails were better. We also had a free meal at Cala on the beach which was lovely. Sad to leave as always and will definitely be back to our second home

Undoubtedly the best hotel & a weeks stay we've had in the past decade. We had a problem with the plane & had to swap planes but that's no fault of the holiday, & we got here okay. We got checked in taken to our beach side room by golf cart, the room was really modern, really clean & so comfortable, the housekeeper made the best towel animals & love hearts which made our stay really romantic and welcoming. The pool outside our room was amazing. The water was clear, clean & refreshing. The barman was really happy, really content and kept the drinks flowing, the lifeguards helped get our towels and set up our sunbeds which was really above and beyond. We visited the pools on the mountain view side & the slides were fun. Not only was the food of really good quality, the choice was outstanding, the staff here again were really friendly, considerate & helpful, this was the same for all the restaurants on both hotel sites. The private beach was easy accessible again with a bar for soft drinks or all-inclusive, with easy access to the sea, snorkeling was fun. There is a shuttle bus that travels around both the hotels, & there is always golf carts travelling around which you can get a lift with. I absolutely loved our seven night stay in this hotel and we'll definitely be coming back to stay here.
