This is one of the nicest hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. So many activities to do, all staff here are friendly and everyone is so helpful, great vibez and music, location isnt bad too. I really enjoyed. The animation team here are the best, they recommend party nights and so many more activities throughout the day. The atmosphere here is very peaceful too! The rooms are cleaned everyday and everything here is very clean!

We were return guests and booked this hotel again because we absolutely loved our previous stay. Last time we had an amazing holiday, made lots of friends, enjoyed the entertainment, and went out to the nightlife events and parties regularly 🎉. The atmosphere was brilliant and there was always something going on. Unfortunately, this visit just wasn’t the same 😕. The biggest difference for us was the entertainment. None of the staff we remembered from our last stay were there, and it really changed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The current team seemed quite inexperienced compared to before and didn’t really have the same people skills. They weren’t very engaging and didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic. We enjoy the nightlife side of the holiday and that’s one of the reasons we chose to return. However, this time we didn’t feel as involved as we did before, so we ended up not going out very much. The one night we did go out, it felt a bit dry and boring and just lacked the energy and fun that we remembered from our previous visit. The entertainment staff also didn’t seem very involved, they mostly did their own thing. The daytime activities and evening entertainment felt quite flat overall . On our last stay, the animation team made a huge effort to interact with guests and create a fun atmosphere around the hotel. This time it felt like that spark was missing. The hotel itself was still nice, and there were no major issues with the facilities, food, or cleanliness. However, the overall vibe simply wasn’t what we remembered, and that’s what made the biggest impact on our holiday. We came back expecting the same experience we had previously, but sadly it didn’t live up to those expectations. We still enjoyed parts of our holiday ☀️, but next time we’ll probably look at trying a different hotel.
