There is daily entertainment provided on the beach, from morning until the beach closes each day. This consists of music, dancing, foam parties, Yoga, Darts, games and a variety of activities that are arranged by the animation team. And every night there is entertainment and shows either by the pool number 1, and the main restaurant, or in the Ampi Theatre. Where do I start?! My first time here in this hotel with my children, was back in December 2008 at Christmas time. We came to Egypt 🇪🇬 for the first time. We stayed in the Island View Resort in Sharks Bay, and fell in love with the culture, language, the Red Sea and Scuba Diving. The hotel itself is second to none, not because of the buildings, restaurants, pools and rooms, but merely because of the most special people who work there. It is by far the most warm, caring , respectful and friendly hotel I have ever encountered in my life. Just to make it clear, I have now been to the Island View Resort 15 times. For the past 4 years, I have been coming here every 4-6 months. From the moment I arrive at the security gates, I feel like I'm home with excitement, and a feeling of warmth in my heart. The hotel security is highly conducted throughout the hotel by the security personnel and security cameras . The cart team are amazing.. Mustafa, Ahmed, Mohamed, Ahmed and Mohammad T. When I had my knee operation, I needed extra help getting around the hotel and these gentlemen really helped me above and beyond 🙏, and they still do. They are punctual, hard working, polite and very friendly. The reception/reservation staff are very helpful to assist with sending the carts in a timely manner and solve any issues that may arise. I book my room directly with the head of reservations. Thank you Mr Amr and Mr Emad for making this possible and I travel each time with ease , knowing everything is taken care of. It is an all inclusive hotel, and all soft, local alcoholic drinks and food is provided. You will never go hungry, and there are a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food dishes to choose from. The self service restaurant is open for breakfast from 07:00-10:00, and then lunch is served from 12:30-15:00. There is also a food snack bar next to the private beach which is open from 15:00-17:00. Dinner is served in the self service restaurant from 18:30-21:00. There is also a choice of ala cart waiter service restaurants; the Italian, Fatima ( Oriental food) and Baracuda (Sea food) which can be booked in advance, one ala cart reservation per week. However, if you are a repeat customer, you can book unlimited times. All catering chefs make the most fresh and delicious food. The waiters are outstanding and respectful and go above and beyond to make meal times as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for many years of the best service, and thank you Mr Saied ( Food & Beverage manager) Mohamed ( Supervisor) Amir ( Italian restaurant manager ) and Rashwan ( Manager) for looking after me so well. Everyone is so humble, honest, friendly and caring. There is a Spa centre with a gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. They also provide different types of massages which can be booked and paid for through the sales reps on the beach, or at the spa centre. Thank you to Islam ( Spa manager) Ahmed & Ahmed for the best service and the best body massages. You are all very highly trained and outstanding in your line of work. The rooms are cleaned kept to a high standard. Thank you Ashraf ( Supervisor of Housekeeping) , whome I have known for many years, for making sure that everything that is needed in the room is always provided for. Clean towels and linen on a daily basis, down to the basic coffee, tea and bathroom toiletries. There are 4 swimming pools and two water slides. 2 of the pools are heated. Also, two of the pools have a pool bar. The life guards are focused and their safety awareness is excellent. They are also fun to be around and enjoy listening to my music on my sound system. There is a private beach with Pyramids dive centre and Pyramids water sports centre. I do a lot of scuba diving, so it is a very important thing to have. There aren't enough words to sum up exactly what it's like to stay here at the Island View. Each time I come, I stay for one whole month. This is how great this hotel and its staff are. Beautiful people ❤️ 💕 amazing service, and the best times of my life. I have made some friends 🧡 for a life time. Shokran
