We had a fabulous stay at this resort! The staff are incredible and the service was the best! Our housekeeper Mohammad was absolutely fantastic and looked after us whilst we stayed in room 5249. Moustafa and Mr Mohammed from the La fattoria restaurant were so attentive and great, our drinks were ready at the table for us and moustafa always made sure we had everything we need. My children really enjoyed the stay here, Hannah will miss Mr Mohammad the manager! Thank you for a lovely experience!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Jaz Mirabel, this hotel one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked through the doors, everything was fantastic and thoughtfully handled thanks to bell men Ismael, Ehab, Yasser and Sharif who looked after us attentively. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Big thanks to Mr Wael FB manager, Reception staff Abdulla, Wael, Ali and Karim an Shawky duty managers. The room was exceptional—spotlessly clean thanks to housekeeping staff, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The bed was perfect, it was huge, with high-quality linens. Every detail felt carefully considered. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities were equally impressive. Bars were fully stocked with all refreshments and service was fast, always with a smile thanks to Hathiam, Mohamed and Mr Ali bar manager for wonderful care and service. Everything was well-maintained and easy to access as we had our 8month old baby with us and there was a clear sense of pride in how the hotel is run the management is excellent. The atmosphere throughout was calm, polished, and inviting. Just really beautiful! Entertainment was incredible really high quality. The location is great, close to airport so no long transfer. The beach is just absolutely gorgeous with plenty of sun beds and surrounding space which was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the service remained consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive in any restaurant we went to including al a cart restaurants and snack bars, really enjoyed. Massive thanks to all hospitality staff we really appreciate it. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of care and attention to detail from all staff. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so well—from service to comfort to overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. Perfect for families and couples even solo travels. Truly 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve been to a few five star resorts in both Turkey and Egypt and I have to say this one was the best of all of them. On this occasion it was just my son and I – he’s 15 – I’m 50. We were more than made up with the accommodation which was extremely spacious and the room service was impeccable with some lovely towel origami finishing touches as well. We particularly appreciated the garden view and the 22nd walk to the pool. Everything was well fought out and nothing was too far away. The hotel was like a palace in every respect. Things that often niggle me all things like cues at the reception, lack of variety at the buffet and general wear and tear and cleanliness – none of these featured on this holiday. Staff were extremely friendly and I wish I’d taken some more names to personally recognise them in this thread. The house reef although often closed due to the red flag and probably because of wind was outstanding. We did a lot of activities whilst we were at the hotel – some were organised from the staff that walk around letting you know about it others were done through get your guide. The ones that we did were a quad bike sunrise experience – we both really enjoyed this. We also did some of the on-site windsurfing and the tuition and one-to-one guidance was spot-on – we both managed to end up being fairly competent at windsurfing. We also booked a trip on a boat for the day and had the optional extra of upgrading to 2 scuba dives along with a visit to the Egyptian Maldives – a strip of white pristine sand in the red Sea. We also did a parasailing trip a couple of sections further down the beach at the hotel. The food was incredible and varied – there were always particular stations at the buffet with a chef carving or barbecuing – I often felt annoyed with myself for being full up because I wanted to try the full range of what was on offer.. We took advantage of the à la carte meal in the Asian fusion restaurant which was a nice break from the routine of buffet dining. We were also treated to an additional à la carte restaurant – Ninos the Italian – the steak in here was divine. We really appreciated the care and attention taken by Meena from guest relations who was just checking on general well-being of the guests around the pool on our ultimate day. We had a midnight flight so we were killing time to a certain degree and wondering how we were going to freshen up. She offered us use of a room for these purposes along with the extra complimentary à la carte meal – this is a really nice end to the holiday and quite unexpected. I’m particularly interested in Plants and laura and foreigner and I was bowled over bye the level of detail and attention paid by the gardeners in respect of the landscaping. Quite often, I quite look forward to coming home and getting back to normality but I have to say this was a holiday that really stood out to me and I am considering returning in the summer to show the rest of the family so they can experience what we did during that week.

We had a lovely time here. The staff were all excellent. We have stayed in Jaz hotels in Hurghada a few times but this was our first time to Sharm and we will definitely return. The hotel is not 5 star UK comparable, id say its a 4. The hotel facilities are decent but the rooms are tired and could be doing with a remodelling, however in saying that, the staff especially the CS girl Meena made sure our room was perfect for us and it most definitely made our stay great. The food was good. The kids facilities were 8/10. Beach is nice, pier is lovely. The restaurant staff are cracking too , Gamal and Abd (the supervisor) from the main family restaurant were absolute gems, the servers from the outdoor restaurants were all really nice too. I think this hotel prides itself on its customer service as the Hurghada places we’ve been too the staff weren’t as nice like they were here. Even the staff in the shops in the wee arcade were lovely. We would go back here again in a heartbeat (if we can get another good deal) I dont think you’d be disappointed if you went here (for the right price) as it really is a great location and really good hotel and the staff make it great. The only thing id change is the small amount of rude people walking back to their rooms at night using raised voices and the rude neighbours dragging furniture around their rooms after midnight, but thats a manners issue with people and not a hotel issue. We had a lovely relaxing and also fun holiday and for the first time in a long time I’ve nothing to complain about, lol. I recommend.
