The staff at the reception were really helpful couldn't do enough for me .The waterfall pool was great The lifeguard Khaled was a great helpful lifeguard and set up our beds daily also looked after us and brought icelollies to us and made sure we were kept in the shade.Islam and Ahmed at the waterf… more

Overall, a very good stay! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food offers great value for money, and the rooms are nice and clean.
