“Mahmoud is a massive credit to the hotel”
Bar tender above reception was incredible. Made the whole holiday for us. He’s a credit to the hotel and deserves a pay rise. Mahmoud is so friendly and gives great service. The cleaners are so friendly too. The afternoon entertainment could be better but funny nonetheless.

“brilliant family holiday”
We stayed at parrotel for a week, the food was ok nothing special the bbq was the best, on our second from last day they opened the English restaurant the food was more for us just a shame this wasn't open from the beginning. “my experience”
Hotel itself is very beautiful, pools and slides are amazing. Rooms are very spacious and big, food is alright, very repetitive and boring. Entertainment needs to be a lot better, the only active workers are Boda and Khalid.
