Overall it was a lovely holiday All the hotel staff was very friendly and kind. Lovely swimming pools, great atmosphere. Jimmy the restaurant manager was very kind and helpful with anything we needed and Ahmed the waiter was also very attentive to us a lovely man both of them was very helpful. I would like to point out that they cater a lot to the Russian community in regards to the food and music it would be nice to see them cater a bit more to the English community in regards to the food as there was a lot of British people there. Other than that it was a great experience. Great value for the price we paid. The rooms was ok overall nice and clean.

After seeing some of the reviews I contemplated changing hotels but I didn’t and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been to Sharm before but a different hotel and the main thing I noticed here were how friendly the staff were. Room: basic but has what you need, the cleaner we had was a little bit rubbish to be honest. We left used cups and would come back and find he’s been but left the rubbish so we stopped tipping him as didn’t feel he was cleaning properly. Food: it’s ok, very same thing each day but they will cook chicken nuggets and chips for the kids if you ask Staff; amazing always kept a table at lunch for us and towels on the sunbeds Sunbeds: we never had to get up early to find one there was always plenty Pools: fantastic plenty of choice and aqua park is really fun Location: really good if you keep going much further down on the left past the shops there’s a big shopping centre and we found fixed priced items so bags ect were around £8! Reception: staff were a bit blunt and rude I found on reception luckily you don’t need to deal much with them Drinks: we only drink soft drinks so plenty of choice Entertainment: so loud went on until 11pm that’s the only major thing that let it down as you could not sleep with the thumping music If your looking for a cheap family holiday with pools and basics then this is perfect

We had a fantastic holiday! I was a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, but honestly — ignore them. For the price we paid as a family of five (and considering this is one of the cheaper all-inclusive hotels in Sharm), it was excellent value for money. Our three children absolutely loved the aqua park and pools — it’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at for kids. This was our first time in Egypt, and the weather was incredible — hot sunshine every single day, which is exactly what we wanted. The rooms were perfectly fine — I’ve definitely stayed in worse! They were cleaned daily with fresh towels, the air conditioning worked well, and bottled water was delivered every day (plus a mini fridge). Some of the complaints I’d read seem to come from people expecting 5-star luxury. The staff really made the holiday — especially the waiting staff, bar staff, and lifeguards. They were so friendly and great with the kids, always smiling and engaging. We honestly didn’t encounter anyone unfriendly. Food was good overall — again, not 5-star, but there was always plenty of choice. There’s also a quieter “English-style” restaurant nearby, and they’ll happily bring out nuggets and chips for kids if you ask. The fried chicken was a highlight — better than KFC in my opinion! The main restaurant had lots of salads, pasta, meats, and live cooking stations (kebabs, pizza, etc.), and breakfast with the omelette station was great. Just don’t expect a full English — you’re in Egypt! The only downside was that the main restaurant could get very busy, making it hard to find a clean table, though the staff worked incredibly hard — they just need more support at peak times. The biggest letdown was the spirits — they weren’t great. I’d recommend buying duty-free alcohol if that matters to you. The lager was fine. Some soft drinks at the evening kids’ entertainment weren’t always chilled, which was a bit odd. The beach, just across the road near Parrotel Beach Resort, was lovely with plenty of beds and towels. The snorkelling from the pier was fantastic. Location-wise, it’s decent — a few shops and bars within walking distance (some areas looked a bit run down, though there are plenty of high-end hotels nearby too). The “FIX Price George Clooney” shop about 10 minutes away was brilliant — great for souvenirs and snorkelling gear, plus they offer a free shuttle. We mostly used taxis via the InDrive app, which was cheap and reliable — I’d recommend selecting premium cars for a better ride. We visited Soho Square, Naama Bay, Old Market, Camel Bar (beautiful rooftop), and Farsha Café — all well worth it. We also did a White Island boat trip and a quad/buggy desert excursion with a camel ride — both enjoyable. Also its close to the airport so no long transfer! Airport tip: Take a pen for your arrival forms!!!! Departures restaurant prices are shocking so fill your belly before you arrive! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely return. Huge credit to the staff — they really made the experience! I did tip a lot of the staff - they deserved it - and really do look after you.
