Rooms are always so clean, it is really like heaven for families and kids. There is slides and a lot of pools and areas for kids and adults . Animation makes atmosphere in hotel so lovely and cozy. Food is normal and tasty. We recommend this hotel if you want to have your best vocation!

An Outstanding Holiday – One of the Best Resort Experiences We’ve Ever Had! We recently stayed at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna, and I can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was simply outstanding. The reception team made a fantastic first impression. Check-in was quick, smooth, and very professional. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Alaa and the entire Reception Team for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment and were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The Housekeeping Team did an outstanding job throughout our stay, paying great attention to every detail and ensuring everything was always fresh, clean, and comfortable. The food deserves special recognition. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and offered an incredible variety. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always something for everyone. The quality, presentation, and taste were consistently excellent throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were exceptional. They worked tirelessly with professionalism, kindness, and a smile, ensuring every guest received excellent service. Their attention, speed, and positive attitude made every dining experience enjoyable. The service throughout the entire resort was outstanding. Every staff member we met was polite, friendly, hardworking, and always ready to help. You can truly feel that guest satisfaction is their highest priority. The swimming pools were crystal clean, well maintained, and supervised by attentive lifeguards, making them enjoyable and safe for both adults and children. The animation team and daily activities were fantastic. There was always something fun happening throughout the day, including sports, games, entertainment, and excellent evening shows. The atmosphere was lively without ever feeling overwhelming, making every day enjoyable. The beach was beautiful, clean, and well organized, with comfortable sunbeds and excellent service. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning Red Sea. The cleanliness across the entire resort was truly impressive. The gardens, public areas, restaurants, pools, and walkways were all maintained to the highest standards, reflecting the resort’s commitment to excellence. What impressed us the most was the consistency. Every department worked together seamlessly to create an unforgettable holiday experience. It’s rare to find a resort where every aspect—from hospitality and cleanliness to food, entertainment, and service—is maintained at such a high level. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mohamed Alaa and all Reception Team, the Housekeeping Team, the restaurant staff, the animation team, and every single employee who helped make our vacation so memorable. Your dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued. Also we got Exceptional Spa Experience! During our stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna, my wife and I decided to try the Omega Spa, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made during our vacation. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and professionalism. A special thank you to Mr. Hany at the reception, who explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We also want to thank Mr. Hassan for offering us excellent packages and making sure we got the best value. I had a full body massage with Coach Hossam, and it was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, experience, and attention to every detail made the session incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My wife enjoyed her massage so much with Coach Habiba that she came back for another session, this time including the Moroccan bath. She couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the experience was. Habiba is highly skilled, professional, friendly, and truly passionate about her work. The Moroccan bath was exceptionally clean, relaxing, and carried out with great care. The entire spa is spotless, peaceful, beautifully organized, and creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and recharge. Every member of the team treated us with kindness, respect, and a genuine smile, making us feel like valued guests rather than customers. If you are staying at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna, don’t miss the Omega Spa. It is absolutely worth every minute and every penny. We will definitely come back on our next visit and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a premium spa experience. Everything was great.Both room service and restaruants were nice.Especially,the staff was kind and friendly.They help us at each need.

Although marketed as 5 star, it simply isn't, maybe a 4 star on good day. Although marketed as 5 star, it simply isn't, maybe a 4 star on good day. Arrival experience is absolute chaos, check in is more of an interrogation than anything else, one or two members of the front desk were helpful, but the whole experience was not pleasant. The facilities are dated and need maintenance, pool lining falling apart, rooms are old and do not give off 5-star resort, housekeeping does absolute minimum (even with the customary financial incentive). The resort is vast and plenty to do with an on site aquapark, but you are constantly pestered for additional sales (photography, spa, sea activities....). Food is plentiful, quantity and variety all the time, but mediocre with some few exceptions. To sum up, the experience wasn't horrible, but do not expect a 5-star experience.
