Another amazing holiday at this beautiful resort. Every member of staff we know, or were meeting for the first time, are true professionals in their roles delivering customer service to the highest level and always with genuine kindness, attention to detail and a real commitment to ensure that your stay gives you everything you need- even when you didn’t even know that you needed it 😂 We have stayed at the main hotel three times and at the Posh Club twice and thoroughly enjoyed both options. So you may ask ‘what’s the difference?’ And the only way I can describe it, is the PC is like staying in a boutique hotel, the experience is elevated, offering a more one to one service, a more relaxed vibe and premium wines and spirits. But honestly, I highly recommend both. Our thanks as always go to Mr Younis, and Hannah and her team at the Posh Club, including Patricia, Paulo, Tarek, Karim and Eslam. Special thanks to the people who have looked after us over the years including:- Ahmed, Abd, Reda at Churchill’s and the terrace To all the amazing chefs and teams at the buffet and each of a la carte restaurant - amazing food and service. To Hassan and Fadel, pools and beach. Each day they greet you with a massive smile asking how you are and is there anything you need. And a special mention and thanks to the people we met for the first time. To our fabulous room attendant Ahmed Asha, who left our room in pristine condition every day To Yousef who seemed to pop up everywhere, doing his absolute best and always with a big genuine smile. And to a member of the garden team, who, on two occasions, so thoughtfully gave me a bouquet from the flowers made from the flowers and trees he had cut that day. Such a kind gesture and so appreciated. Again, thank you to each and every one of you. Take care and we look forward to seeing you again on our next visit

I don’t often write reviews, but after spending 3 weeks at this wonderful hotel with my wife and daughter (<1 year), I just had to share our experience and thank a number of people for creating some incredible memories! -- Check-in & Rooms -- From day 1 the front of house staff were excellent. We received a nice friendly welcome and refreshments after arriving late at night. Check-in was quick and the receptionist actually gave us a choice of rooms to stay in, which was great - the blocks are named after flowers so we naturally ended up choosing the one which matched our daughter’s name, even though the room was on the 3rd floor with no lift! After a few days that became a bit of a hassle with the pushchair though (our fault), so we spoke to reception and they happily arranged a new room for us in another block without stairs - amazing! Unfortunately, we noticed after the first few days that the toilet in the new room was leaking, which they tried to fix but ended up being a bigger job than expected. But again, the reception staff were fantastic and actually upgraded us into a better room for the inconvenience! So, while we ended up moving twice after our original room, all of the staff were super helpful and sorted us out pretty quickly. A shout out to Mohammed Samir for the kind service, as well as a thank you to the concierge team for moving our stuff from block to block too - we got to whizz around the hotel in the golf buggies a few times! In terms of the rooms themselves, they’re nice enough - slightly dated, but clean and spacious. They all face inward, so you either have a view of the pools, sea, or both! There’s also a mini bar and your usual teas/coffees, all of which are refilled daily – if you ask the cleaner they will give you any extras that you need. -- Food & Service -- Our main reason for choosing this hotel was purely down to its variety of a le carte restaurants - of which we had 7 to choose from (Thai, Indian, French, Greek, Mongolian, Italian & Seafood). All I can say is, we were not disappointed! The unlimited a le carte option here was amazing and a nice change from the buffet! Each evening meal was a unique dine out experience, with wonderful chefs and staff making each night something special. The interiors were stylish and right on point with the restaurant’s theme, and each menu had plenty to choose from too - which was great for the longer stay! After being to several all-inclusive hotels, I can’t praise the service enough! While the food was great, the service really was the cherry on top! Including all of their staff, a big shout out to Chef Morsy in the Thai & Waterfall (Mongolian) restaurants, Chefs Mohammed & Hussein in the French/Italian, and Chef Parvinder in the Indian - they cooked some amazing food and even whipped up some chef specials for us on occasions, as well as catered for our daughter. When we could, we started our day at the a le carte breakfast in the Italian restaurant down at the beach (you have to reserve). The breakfast here was a nice change from the busier buffet, serving poached eggs on toast, fresh oats, or crepes/pancakes/waffles, etc. all brought straight to your table to the stunning backdrop of the Red Sea and Tiran Island. The staff here were simply amazing - Mohammed Ayman, Mahmoud Ayman and Habiba really set our day up with a smile (and evenings when we caught them in the restaurants), thank you! Abanoub also joined the Basilico breakfast team on our final day too, which was a special moment, as he was so good to us all holiday and was a massive hit with our daughter – he even went the extra mile by arranging some fruits and snacks to our room on our last day for our travels. Honestly, such amazing and friendly people who we’re going to miss very much! The waiters/waitresses in all of the restaurants were fantastic though and they work really hard – a particular shout out to Hossam & Ibrahim (Buffet), Mostafa (French/Italian) and Ahmed Osama (French/Italian), they looked after us well. -- Beach & Pool -- There’s a number of pools to choose from, but due to our little one we spent the majority of our time at the baby pool up the top of the hotel! For most of the stay we found it to be really quiet and relaxing, but it did get busy over Eid celebration (as you’d expect). Mohammed Elsayed was great though, he sorted us out every day, helping us to find some beds in the shade - a friendly and funny character, we had some good laughs with him by the pool! The beach was also great with plenty of beds and a nice gentle breeze to keep cool! We didn’t really spend much time down there, but Fadel and Mohammed Salah were always busy keeping the place tidy and helping people out with beds and pushchairs! The sea was nice and warm too, with lots of colourful fish! -- Management -- Finally, I just wanted to say a special thank you to all of the management team for making our stay special. Mohammed Tail, Mohammed Ammar, Mr Maher, Khaled and the big boss Mr Younis himself – each one of you added something special to our visit, we thank you, especially Captain Lily who can’t wait to return!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A special shout-out to the animation team — we absolutely loved Masha and Alex! They made our stay so much fun and always had the best energy. We truly grew fond of them. Hassan, the beach bartender, is the best! Always smiling, super attentive, and made every drink perfectly. The hotel grounds are stunning — so green, well-kept, and beautiful to walk around. And the beach? Just gorgeous! Perfect sand and crystal-clear water. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

I had an amazing stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and serviced daily to a high standard. What stood out the most was the excellent hospitality. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The beach and swimming pools were fantastic, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it a perfect destination for both families and couples. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation memorable!
