Exceeds what is expected at a Four Seasons. We had a great stay in a family two bedroom suite, and had our vacation from our Egyptian vacation here. The food is all reasonably priced at their multiple restaurants, the service is prompt and friendly, and the grounds are perfectly maintained. The beach has plenty of loungers and the service there is on point. Evening entertainment consists of live music followed by belly dancing. The on site dive center is Siani Blue and is super professional with high quality gear and boats.

Big thank you to Rabea to looking after us at the pool, Shamia for looking after Raf and theo at kids club and to all the lovely lifeguards, particular Mamoud. And also Amgad at the park centre. Our firsts were spent relaxing at the beach, swimming and snorkelling around the amazing coral, and also trying out the various restaurants. We really enjoyed the kids Easter egg hunt and the water buffet that evening. Everything was great quality and all th staff work so hard to give an outstanding experience. We stay at FS Cap Ferrat and also the Hampshire property and I think FS Sharm is much better than both! And that’s saying something! An absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. I was nervous to travel given the war going on, but everything was seamless and we felt safe. I travelled on this holiday myself and and the two boys. We stayed in room 315 and everything from the transfer to the resort, to lazy days on the beach, all the different restaurants was outstanding and I don’t say that lightly. We particularly were impressed by the kids club and staff, Shamai was so kind and ensured that my children had a brilliant time playing

“Incredible, I wish I lived there”

What can I say. I cried for 8 hours the day we had to leave ( dramatic I know). What can I say. I cried for 8 hours the day we had to leave ( dramatic I know). I had the loveliest time ever at the four seasons- it was my first time in a 5 star hotel and wow it’s going to be hard to not continue that experience. The staff were incredible- shout out to the Luna pool staff, the man who’s name I forgot but brings around the complimentary food on the beach ( right hand side beach) he was incredible and I wish I wrote down his name. Housekeeping were amazing, dinners were lovely and views and music gorgeous. I really can’t express how much I enjoyed my holiday ( again crying whilst writing this). Hope to be back very soon!

We travel frequently and are used to staying in luxury hotels, including other Four Seasons properties, so we had high expectations for our first stay at the Four Seasons in Sharm El Sheikh. First, the positives: we were genuinely impressed by how spotless the entire hotel was. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout, and our suite was absolutely beautiful—very spacious, elegantly designed, and with a fantastic private pool that made the stay feel extra special. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive with children, which we really appreciated as a family. However, there were several disappointing aspects that cannot be overlooked for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, our room was not ready. Check-in is advertised at 3pm, yet we only received our room at 4:30pm. Traveling with two young children, this was far from ideal and frankly unacceptable at this level. To make matters worse, after finally getting access to the room, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for our luggage. That evening, we decided to dine in-room, but the experience was equally frustrating. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to arrive—so long that our 1-year-old had to go to sleep before dinner even came. Another major concern was food safety regarding allergies. Our daughter has a food allergy, and unfortunately, the breakfast buffet did not clearly indicate allergens. On several occasions, dishes did not mention dairy, so we assumed they were safe—but after she became quite unwell during the first 3–4 days, we asked the chef to double-check, and they confirmed that those dishes did in fact contain dairy. This is a serious issue that needs urgent attention. In general, we also found the food to be somewhat disappointing, with the exception of Yatai, which was excellent. Additionally, the hotel advertises camel rides for children on its website, but these were not available during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, we did have a very nice holiday—the setting is beautiful, and the hotel has many strengths. However, there are clear areas that need improvement, particularly around service efficiency and food allergen transparency. Families with food allergies should be especially cautious.
