We visited this lovely hotel during the Easter holidays as a family, and we truly felt lucky to have met Mr. Armando Sammarruco, the manager of the Bulluna restaurant. From the very first evening, he welcomed us warmly and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. His service was not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely kind. What made our experience even more special was the care he showed toward our two toddlers. Armando went above and beyond by coordinating with different restaurants to ensure that suitable meals were prepared for them every time we dined out. This thoughtful attention made a huge difference for us as parents, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying about what our children would eat. Thanks to him, our trip was truly memorable. The hotel itself was beautiful, extremely well maintained, and spotless at all times. There was a wide variety of dining options, with excellent food and consistently high-quality service across all restaurants. The facilities were fantastic, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at the resort from 13 April 2026 at room 1117. The resort is amazing, architecturally, the resort is a masterpiece, the service is excellent at the beaches and pools. The staff are very friendly, the food is good, the facilities were available. As a loyal guest to Four seasons brand, I did not feel that i am a loyal and was not see any guest recognition. As i dont like to make complains, i did not search for it because some management think i search for a free meal or drinks, so i write my review after my stay and pay all my bills and checked-out, compare this property to other Four Seasons resort, they are faraway regarding to guest recognition.

We travel frequently and are used to staying in luxury hotels, including other Four Seasons properties, so we had high expectations for our first stay at the Four Seasons in Sharm El Sheikh. First, the positives: we were genuinely impressed by how spotless the entire hotel was. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout, and our suite was absolutely beautiful—very spacious, elegantly designed, and with a fantastic private pool that made the stay feel extra special. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive with children, which we really appreciated as a family. However, there were several disappointing aspects that cannot be overlooked for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, our room was not ready. Check-in is advertised at 3pm, yet we only received our room at 4:30pm. Traveling with two young children, this was far from ideal and frankly unacceptable at this level. To make matters worse, after finally getting access to the room, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for our luggage. That evening, we decided to dine in-room, but the experience was equally frustrating. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to arrive—so long that our 1-year-old had to go to sleep before dinner even came. Another major concern was food safety regarding allergies. Our daughter has a food allergy, and unfortunately, the breakfast buffet did not clearly indicate allergens. On several occasions, dishes did not mention dairy, so we assumed they were safe—but after she became quite unwell during the first 3–4 days, we asked the chef to double-check, and they confirmed that those dishes did in fact contain dairy. This is a serious issue that needs urgent attention. In general, we also found the food to be somewhat disappointing, with the exception of Yatai, which was excellent. Additionally, the hotel advertises camel rides for children on its website, but these were not available during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, we did have a very nice holiday—the setting is beautiful, and the hotel has many strengths. However, there are clear areas that need improvement, particularly around service efficiency and food allergen transparency. Families with food allergies should be especially cautious.
