We had a really enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Sharm Hotel and would happily return. One of the highlights of the trip was definitely the animation team - they brought such a great energy to the hotel and made the whole experience more fun and engaging without ever being over the top. A special mention also goes to Ishmel, the bar manager, who was fantastic throughout our stay - professional, friendly, and always made us feel welcome - also helped locate my daughter’s phone. Ahmed in the Italian restaurant was also excellent, providing great service and really adding to our dining experience. In fact, all the staff we encountered were genuinely lovely - friendly, attentive and always willing to help, which made a big difference to the overall experience. The only real downside during the stay was the WiFi, which was quite unreliable and could definitely be improved. Overall, a great stay with amazing staff and a lovely atmosphere!

“Great value for money”

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff are fantastic, always smiling and helpful. The beach and pool areas don’t feel full and there is no rush for sunbeds. Unless you are a fussy eater, we enjoyed all the all of the food. Hamada in the lobby bar was great and very attentive

We're here now, my partner and i, we've been to egypt 8 times over the last 4 years and have had a lot of great experiences. I think if you are to book here you need to be well aware the hotel pictures do NOT tell the real story, there is one pool being used properly, and the one with the cave and waterfall is there but looks like noone has bothered with it for years, no bar and therefore a waste of time and noone is there, the restaurant main buffet is the smallest I've ever seen in the 8 visits, it's ok, but if you're used to Egyptian all inclusive this is not very good, the hotel was probably amazing a decade or so ago, but so much seems to be under construction or just run down and therefore it's been a bit of a disappointment, but we are having a great time, we often go out in the evenings and it's just made us do it more, but that's not the point for most and if you intend on spending the whole holiday on site I'd be looking at other resorts. The staff are nice and try so I won't be unfair, but I can't pretend and say it's a great hotel as it isn't, and to charge you for a drink after midnight is a joke, especially when you consider the hotel is under construction etc they should be doing all they can to keep you happy but no, not even a soft drink after midnight, they dont give out water bottles excpet for 1 a day in your room, and I'm judging this against many 4 star hotels in egypt, and based on my experience this is a 3 star at best at this time, although the only other 3 star we've stayed at which was sindbad in hurghada is MILES better than this place. I didn't want to write a review and be unkind and I think I've actually been overly fair here, and if I'm honest I'd suggest looking elsewhere, even the kids bit is closed, I don't know what kids can do here! And the bars, well there is the lobby one, one on the beach and the the pool bar, and drinks are the usual bad like most Egyptian hotels, the cocktails are dreadful, altho in 3 of the other 6 hotels we've stayed in we had actual proper cocktails, so don't read the details for here and think there is a few nice bars, there isn't. The staff are nice and the animation team try but it's a tired place. The a la cartè restaurants you can book but they ask for extra money if you want the better menu!!! Hahah...the cheek of that when you consider the place is barely operating at 50%!! The more I write this review the more I am actually getting annoyed. I think 3 stars is me being as generous as I can possibly be. Take care guys, good luck when picking your holiday.
