A fantastic hotel that evoked only positive emotions! The location is good. The best Value! Starting from the moment of check-in, we felt at home! The staff is very kind and friendly, they will always advise and solve any problems. Room with fresh and stylish renovation, you can see that the hotel is only after renovation. Daily and high-quality cleaning, replenish personal hygiene products and a minibar. The main restaurant with a wide variety of dishes, fruits, grilled meat and seafood. I especially liked the restaurant with Italian cuisine, we went there several times. The territory of the hotel is small, very compact and ennobled. There are shops, an ATM, a gym, a hookah bar and a tennis court. The bar with imported alcohol is open from 18:00 to 01:00. The staff, especially on the beach, is very attentive (bartender Ibrahim and lifeguard Hossam). And we also want to praise the animation: cheerful guys with activities for everyone and daily parties. I especially liked the free trip to the Tal Avenue evening show program. Cool and beloved team! But in the same time noise level is normal. We definitely recommend this hotel and will come back here very soon!

What an incredible holiday—our first visit to Egypt, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with “Welcome home,” we knew we were somewhere special, and that feeling stayed with us throughout our entire stay. The staff are honestly the heart of this hotel. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after—nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of service is exceptional across the board, from the poolside teams to the supervisors and management, who are always present and genuinely care about your experience. We spent most of our time around the splash pool, where we were so well looked after. A huge thank you to Mohammed, Karim, Ahmed and Mo—you were all absolutely brilliant and made our days by the pool so enjoyable. That said, it’s impossible to single people out too much because the entire team is fantastic. Now the animation team… wow. They really bring the hotel to life. And Spicy—what can we say? You are an absolute star and a massive credit to the hotel. Your energy, personality and genuine enthusiasm stood out every single day. You don’t just do your job, you go out of your way to make sure everyone is having fun and feels included, and it really makes a difference. You can tell you truly love what you do, and it shows. The rest of the animation team are also great, but Spicy really does go above and beyond and deserves a special mention. The food throughout the hotel was excellent, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. The à la carte restaurants all offered something different and were each worth visiting—we honestly didn’t have a single bad meal. Another thing that really impressed us was the hotel management, who personally check in with guests every day to make sure everything is perfect. That level of care and attention is rare and really sets this place apart. Overall, we had an amazing stay and enjoyed every single moment. The staff, the atmosphere, the service—it all comes together to create something really special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. The only small downside was that if you’re travelling with TUI and expecting to see the rep, you may be disappointed as they didn’t attend the meeting—but this didn’t take away from what was an absolutely brilliant holiday. Fun daytime activities and carefully curated evening shows that are never boring. A holiday made special, above all, by the people who work there. Highly recommended!
