Fantastic Staff with Room for Upgrades"We recently stayed at Swissôtel with my wife and children. This is truly one of the best resorts in Sharm El Sheikh, and despite a few areas that need upgrading, the exceptional service and staff easily earn them a 5-star rating from us.The resort layout is excellent and conveniently arranged; our room was perfectly located, offering quick and easy access to both the pools and the reception area, which was ideal for travelling with young kids.As pure vegetarians, we had to request specific meals almost every day of our stay. While the culinary team fulfilled our requests wonderfully, I do wish there were more clearly designated vegetarian options built directly into the main restaurant buffet. It would be fantastic if the resort could separate vegetarian food from meat dishes more systematically in the future.The entire staff across the resort—including reception, the beach, pools, and bars—is incredibly approachable, polite, and hardworking. We would like to give a special mention to the standout team members who made our stay truly memorable:Chef Elhamy (Main Restaurant): Thank you for being so accommodating, organized, and personally preparing our vegetarian meals.The Indian Chef: We unfortunately missed his name, but he was exceptional. He went above and beyond by preparing custom meals every single day for our one-year-old daughter.Mahmoud (Housekeeping): Mahmoud was outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. He kept our fridge and snacks perfectly refilled, always checked in on our satisfaction, and delighted our kids by making creative towel animals and robots.Armany & The Animation Team: The kids' animation team is incredibly hardworking and engaging. Armany was fantastic—always checking in on us and keeping us well-informed about all the kids' activities, which we deeply appreciated.While the service and team deserve full marks, we hope management will address the following property upgrades to match their excellent hospitality:Pool Towels: There were never enough pool towels available, and we frequently had to wait. Furthermore, most of the towels provided were old and torn.Indoor Pool: The vinyl flooring inside the swimming pool is coming off and needs repair.Paving & Safety Hazards: Most of the outdoor floor paving in the shared pedestrian and vehicle traffic areas is broken. This is a noticeable trip hazard; unfortunately, my one-year-old daughter tripped and fell because of this. Luckily, it was a minor fall, but it needs immediate attention.Entertainment Area Comfort: The evening entertainment area for kids and adults gets extremely hot and humid. The hotel needs to install fans and provide cool drinking water here, as the intense heat meant our children could never stay for more than 30 minutes.Thank you to the wonderful Swissôtel team for a lovely holiday. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning!"

Absolutely superb return stay at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh. We'd previously visited for a short stay in January and enjoyed it so much that we changed our plans to go again in April/May. Absolutely superb return stay at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh. We'd previously visited for a short stay in January and enjoyed it so much that we changed our plans to go again in April/May. Room (adult Swiss select) was spacious, clean and had a lovely pool view. Adults only area is great with a nice small bar/restaurant plus a coffee shop and ice cream shop. Staff are second to none, particularly the managers in the a la carte restaurants. Ali in the Sky Lounge had remembered us from last time. Mohamed from the Flame Garden Grill and beach food court was also excellent. I feel bad that I can't mention everyone but the entire team are fantastic. Malika and Aya in guest relations were superb, ensuring we had everything we needed. Also Mona on reception checked us in on both visits and also remembered us, which was lovely. The hotel manager Matthias is an absolute credit to the hotel, he's really visible and took time out to speak with us and even came to say goodbye. Drink quality and service are as good as anywhere in Egypt we've visited. Food is very good, especially the a la carte restaurants. Only very minor thing was that the buffet gets extremely busy at certain times, but since our last visit they had added some extra covered seating areas outside. The food was very good, it was just the ambience. Despite this, the lovely staff worked tirelessly to find us a table and keep us topped up with drinks. Finally, animation and entertainment team were as good as we've experienced. Bilal, Amani, Oleg and Ram and our old friend Tito who we remembered fondly from Rixos. Made us feel at home from minute 1. Also the DJs, including DJs Jeanna and Wessam Anwer in the Sky Lounge were brilliant!! Looking forward to seeing you all again in September!!

“Swissotel the BEST!”

12 days of heaven, this hotel is amazing. My family of 5 have had the best stay. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning. Also shout out to Nada at guest relations, she has been so helpful and a pleasure during our stay.
