Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach has been exceptional, and the Posh Club experience truly made it unforgettable. We felt completely looked after from the moment we arrived, relaxed, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. We were also allowed to order whatever food we liked to the room due to arriving late. Posh Club Experience The Posh Club was by far the best part of our holiday. The private lounge, the calm atmosphere, and the freedom to order food and drinks wherever and whenever we liked made everything effortless. Every member of staff went above and beyond, always with a smile, even in the heat. Nothing was too much trouble. They drove us to the main restaurants in the evening in the golf carts and even collected us when needed. A huge thank you to Hanna, Yousef, Wardy, Ahmed Saadawi, Tarek, Karim, and Patricia and generally all the staff, who were especially lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The whole team were consistently attentive, warm, and professional. They were brilliant with the children, friendly and engaging, but never too much. The service was the best we have had. Housekeeping & Laundry Our housekeeper Mohammed was outstanding. He kept our room immaculate every day, always adding thoughtful touches and making sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary laundry service was a lifesaver, fast and perfectly done. We are going home with clean clothes! The minibar was always fully stocked, which made relaxing in the room so easy. A la carte dining The à la carte restaurants were incredible, some of the best food we’ve had in Egypt. We didn't need to use the buffet restaurant at all, although we did have a look and the chef, Hussain (Basilico and main restaurant), was there to welcome people and make sure everything was ok. At Basilico, Côte D’Azur, Manohar, Mai Thai, the service was exceptional thanks to M. Ayman, Mohamed Khaled, Ahmed Ali, and Ibrahim, and all the staff who consistently delivered warm, attentive, and professional service. The dishes were fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. Dining here was a genuine highlight of our stay. Khaled, the restaurant manager, checked in with us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our meals and having a wonderful time, a gesture that made the experience feel truly personal. Beach cabana service Our beach cabana day was perfect. Drinks, snacks, and service arrived quickly and with genuine warmth. It felt peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing, a real highlight of the trip. Swim‑up & pool service Eslam, the lifeguard, deserves special recognition. He helped us everywhere, at our swim‑up terrace, the Posh Club pool, and even down at the beach. Towels, shade, support with the children, anything we needed, he sorted instantly. His kindness and work ethic were exceptional. Kids Club Mini Disco Lily at the Kids Club was fantastic. The mini disco at night was one of their favourite parts of the holiday, full of fun, music, and energy, the kids loved it! Overall, the staff at Sunrise Arabian Beach work unbelievably hard, especially in the heat, yet they are always smiling, always helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They simply could not do enough for us. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our return. The Posh Club has set a new standard for us, nothing else compares.

My family and I just came back from Sunrise Arabian Resort in Sharm el sheikh. It was the best vacation we had. The staff was exceptional from the bellboy that brought us our luggage to the warm and welcoming head chef, Mohamed. It was an amazing stay filled with great memories and hospitality. My boys have many food allergies and chef Mohamed checked in with us regularly to make sure they could enjoy the yummy dishes without worrying about food allergies, he even went above and beyond to make them special meals. That truly meant a lot to me! At the adult pool we were welcomed by the amazing towel man, Abdulhamed, he was funny, helpful, kind and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable and set up our tables and chairs poolside. The trip was a 10/10. I would not think twice before booking my next trip at Sunrise!
