Had a great stay in this hotel. Not too far from the old town, we had a great walk there and back along the seafront, it took about 25 minutes each way. We arrived early afternoon during the week and found a car park space outside but the hotel does have private parking at a daily rate. I imagine during season time it would be difficult to find a free parking space. Our room was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. We were on the ground floor and had an outside patio with table and chairs. The hotel also had a cosy bar with armchairs and a fireplace. Downstairs they had the breakfast room and the breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of local products. To follow COVID rules we were asked to choose a time so as not to make the room too crowded. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely return there if we go back to Brittany. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is charming, but up close you can tell the paint is starting to chip from the building. However, one can have a very comfortable stay here. The rooms are smallish but clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The most important thing to know is that the hotel is about two miles from the walled city. If you want to stay inside or near the walls, this is probably not the right hotel for you. However, if you don't mind walking, the beach is about a block away, and there is a beautiful and sometimes stunning two-mile walk to old town alongside it. You can walk on the beach too. The high tide keeps the sand solid, so it's a very walkable beach. We ended up really appreciating the distance from old town. If you walk in the other direction, there are some nice restaurants, and you'll get a small sense of what life might be like for the locals.

“Great small charming hotel”

Small, charming, authentic but with confort. It is a villa converted into hotel. Our room was on the villa building, it was spacious for French norms. Small, charming, authentic but with confort. It is a villa converted into hotel. Our room was on the villa building, it was spacious for French norms. Bathroom clean and also quite spacious for the norm. Only minus the noise, you could hear what was going on downstairs and on the stairs. The small terrace/garden area was great to enjoy the sun avoiding the wind (which can blow quite hard in Saint Malo). Although a bit far from Saint Malo, you still have the beach just there and there are also restaurants around. They rent bikes (bit pricey), which we used to make excursions to nearby villages and to Saint Malo. By foot, Saint Malo center is like 25min. It has some parking spots, but you need to book in advance as there are not so many. In low season would not be an issue to find parking on the street. Breakfast was good with not crazy choice but lots of homemade things and fresh juice. Staff was also very friendly.

“Very nice hotel”

This is a very nice hotel very close to the north part of the beach. 35 minutes walk from the old town, but they rent bikes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Super breakfast in the morning. Private parking is very useful when’s the town is busy.
