Les Roches Rouges exceeded all expectations for a weekend away at the end of July. The hotel was relaxed, air-conditioned, and had views of the Cote D’Azur that were straight out of a movie. My husband and I had a romantic weekend with a beautiful atmosphere where we could relax by the water (so many different options for lounging!). There were families of all ages and plenty of activities to enjoy - direct water access, two pools, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, floaties, etc. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful for any need. Easy to get to from Nice airport (via train or car - takes like 1-1.5 hours). We cannot recommend Les Roches Rouges enough!

A beautiful, relaxed and healing atmosphere We felt very at home and fulfilled by the end of our trip. A true manifestation of a “holiday” We will be coming back!!!

This was my second summer staying at Les Roches Rouges. The location and atmosphere of the hotel are very beautiful. It is the nicest hotel you can stay at in St. Raphael but the service is not worthy of a five star hotel that cost 1,000 EUR per night. They need to hire more staff. I was often getting my own towels at the pool, my own water, menus. The service was a little bit better this year than last year but there were still issues. One morning I ordered a coffee and omelette for breakfast. I sat for 40 minutes waiting on my coffee. The waitress that took my order made eye contact with me several times and I was clearly sitting at a table with no food or drink. It seemed intentional. I finally had to ask another waitress for my coffee. I continued sitting waiting for my breakfast and it has already been an hour at that point. I ask another waitress and it turns out the first waitress "forgot." She retakes my order and then when my omelette is finally delivered to my table, the order is wrong. The best is that on my final day there, they had an omelette already cooked and waiting for me but it was still not made correctly. The turn down service left an unwrapped, scratched up soap on my pillow one night. I was wondering to myself if they dropped it there by accident or was it meant as a gift. It was so odd. I am used to chocolates, or Fragonard soaps beautifully wrapped not the likes of what was placed on my sleeping pillow. I spent a week at les Roches Rouges and one week at the Best Western Santa Lucia Saint Raphael. The Best Western was a fraction of the cost and obviously the amenities were nowhere as nice but the service was 1000 times better. They had interns working at the Best Western and the service was some of the best I have received in France. I guess this goes to show people that you don't always get what you pay for. I would also note that Les Roches Rouges charged me for a minibar water that I never drank. It was 26 EUR. I tried to email them to ask for the charge to be reversed but crickets. It seems on brand for their hotel.
