“Wonderful stay”
This is such a lovely hotel. Beautiful setting, surrounded by trees. So peaceful. The pool is lovely and my daughter wanted to spend all day in it. It’s lovely to sunbathe by the pool too. “Lovely Hardelot”
Hotel is in a lovely location, reception snd bar area are very well maintained and very nicely decorated for Christmas Bedrooms are a little tired and could do with new carpets and painting. Staff all very friendly

“Family trip”

“Front Desk staff Member could do with going on a customer service course”
Had our 1st ever issue with your check in staff, we had tried to organise a meal at your restaurant for our one night stay but was unable to do so (suggest you improve this system as your losing business, make it more accessible to other Hotel booking sites, so people/Guests can make a reservation)… more

“Family stay”
Friendly staff, good food and drinks. Makes stay good. Only the rooms we stayed in need to be refreshed : floor covering needs to be changed, not a fresh smell in the rooms, curtains, hand douche... It is a pity these things give impression it is not so clean in every detail.
