“Money taken unnecessarily”
Really nice hotel, best sleep i've ever had. However, upon check-in €500 was taken as a deposit, not a hold, not an account number but physically taken from my account. Rooms were small, outdated and dirty. Service was good at reception, however car valet left a sour taste in my mouth. The car was given to them and was not returned to me in the same settings... “Falls short of expectations !”
This is a disappointing hotel for the price. A "Superior Room" is €340 / night and the room was quite small and pokey with a similarly unimpressive bathroom.
