I was greeted with first name and was obviously expected. My check in was dealt with ease. I was given the room we had previously discussed as being suitable to my needs. It was a cold day and the air conditioning and heating was easily adjustable to give a clean feeling warmth. The lounge light bulb give a clear white light and the kitchen tiles are clean immaculate as new I used the gym after my daily run around the nearby open space 'the Prarie '. The running machine was not working but a brand new upgraded model will be arriving in February. The exercise bike could do with an upgrade too and there is space for a new crosstrainer. The rowing machine is concept two and in great condition. All the staff are friendly and helpful and led by the excellent long serving manager Jonathan. G I needed some toilet roll and I asked a cleaner who, although not having one available immediately, went to the store to find me one The beds are new and very comfortable. I had no issues with sound proofing and spent a very comfortable seven nights in this lovely hotel /appart. There is a dishwasher and all needs in the kitchen are catered for (except an egg cup !). It is possible to loan many single items from reception. Although a little way from the city centre there is a free bus which stops almost right outside the front door every 15 minutes. Perfect

We stayed here for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff. Cedric was particularly helpful during our stay when I enquired about seeing a Dr. for a sinus infection. Within minutes he arranged for a local Dr. to come to the hotel to see me and I am deeply grateful for Cedric's kindness in helping me through a tough time. Within a few hours the Dr. had done an onsite evaluation and I had a prescription in hand. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the whole situation was handled. Cedric, thank you!!! The hotel is conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc. and rooms were very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Breakfast was a delicious choice of fruit, cereals, yogurt, cheese, etc. with coffee and juice.

We checked in for 1 day at this hotel enroute to Mont Saint Michel. It is located at the fringe of the city centre and a mere 5-10 mins walk across a canal to reach the city. The room was set up like an apartment and sufficient for a family of 4. It comes with a king sized bed and a sofabed for 2 in the living room. It also comes with a little kitchenette which is handy for preparing some simple breakfast before we set off to our next destination. Check in and out was quick and simple. Only issue is the hotel parking entrance that was concealed at a dark corner and you need a code to gain access which is not readily available before you check in. Overall , this is a very good choice considering the price , location and amenities that they offer.

We found this hotel well situated for our 3 night stay to visit D-Day POI’s, and only a short walk from some good bars and restaurants. Our two rooms were clean and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe and shelf space for our needs and we welcomed the iron and ironing board provided, to smooth out those packing creases. We found the beds to be comfortable but found the bathroom a little poky. Downstairs the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a strange ‘continental’ mixture of offerings but sufficient for our needs, even if rather expensive at €12.90 pp. Parking was €7.50 per night, although we discovered too late that on-street parking was free at night. Would we stay there again? Yes.
