“Nomad customer service”
The staff were exceptional there was a snow storm and many of us stuck in the lobby trying to get taxi’s to a cruise. When the staff realised we could not get to the ship they went and got their own cars and volunteered to take us to the ship. You don’t get customer service like that at most places… more
