“Great hotel”
This hotel was great for us. Very easy to get to and park. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff. The free shuttle to Mt St Michel is immediately in front.

“Warm and resting with excellent location”
Our second time at The Mercure Mt St Michel. The positive point is that it is warm!!!! lol, given the cold outside, it was wonderful to enter a warm building and a warm bedroom (some hotel bedrooms are so cold when we reach) . “Last time we will stay at a mercure. They have lost the plot.”
Mercure quality is definitely dropping they used to be quality now I’d rate no more than 2 star. I hate there are no proper mugs or glasses in the rooms only single use cardboard cups that are horrible to drink from. Reception today at check in stunk of BO.
