I should hsve re ied a 6 digect by email that would enable me to access the safe to collect me welcome pack and keys for our room. The 24 hour emergency number in reception just took answer call messages. So we hug about thinking what to do. Eventually, we notice the board outside just before you enter the building onnthe right hand side had an information out of hours number. I.rang this and somebody answered it in French I sad English and she said no problem how can I help. I gave her my name , then she gave me the code to open the safe. I was then able to pick up my welcome pack and keys, then headed to our room. Suggestions: arrive before reception closes or email/call them requesting information about what to do ? It is a self catering, so make sure you have a plan if your hungrey. I strongly recommend you have data on your phone so you can google restaurants supermarket etc. The are is mainly French speaking so you are warned if you have little or no French. A strip of restaurants are a 5 minute walk away along the sea cost catering for ally your culinary desires. Rooms, had plenty of towels and sheets for a short stay for 3 people and all the utensils, dish washer, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. A fan you will need this a tv, microwave, 4 electric glass cooker rings. Take extra round pin plugs. The apartment sleeped - 2 bunk beds, one separate room deluxe bed sleeps 2 and lounge open plan and kitchenette with 2 settee come bunk beds - sleeps 6 people in total. And a balcony the lengh of the apartment with platic table and chairs and a clothes rack to dry clothes.- convenient, comfortable has everything you will need for a short stay and you can use the complex facilities or do your own thing. Like we did. If I was to rate this 4* self catering. This trip included the Monaco F1 tickets for the Saturday. Accommodation I would give it 8/10. It does what is says on the tin and it was value for money.

The price of the room is excessively high for the conditions it offers. Close to the beach, located on the edge of the port of Saint Laurent du Var. The price of the room is excessively high for the conditions it offers. Close to the beach, located on the edge of the port of Saint Laurent du Var. The beach with stones and a steep entrance to the sea. The bus station is close, the airport 3 km away, quite far from the train station. There are no terraces and no restaurant where you can eat. Supermarket very far. You have to go to the nearest at Cagnes sur mer to find terraces, supermarkets and shops. The staff at the reception are very kind, the reception is only open after a certain schedule, if you arrive earlier outside the schedule, there is no one there to help you or check in earlier. The rooms are quite outdated, the rooms are not cleaned at all during the stay, no one picks up the trash, you have to take it out yourself, there are no bathroom products and no toilet paper, no hair dryer. I found the toilet dirty, the bathroom and the windows the same, I don't know how the cleaning is done before the next tourists come, it's clear that everything is done superficially. A hood would have been necessary in the kitchen, otherwise there is all the equipment you need. There are two bathrooms, but poorly thought out, one with a bathtub and sinks but no toilet, and the toilet is separate without a sink. The interior of the hotel looks terrible, the walls are dirty, it needs major repairs. Parking, swimming pool, tennis court and ping pong. I would definitely not come back here!!
