Great location, helpful service at the front desk, and comfortable rooms. The bathroom requires a minor rearrangement; the glass shield is too short to block splashing water while taking a shower. I had to shower as close to the opposite wall as possible and use very low water pressure; otherwise, I had to wipe litres of water from the bathtub enclosure and floor. There was a lack of variety in savoury breakfast options

The hotel is clean and tidy, but on further looks the carpets and tiles are heavily stained and would benefit from attention. The hotel is clean and tidy, but on further looks the carpets and tiles are heavily stained and would benefit from attention. When we tried used the pool it was freezing and reception told us it was heated “that morning”, so it is not consistently heated. This was a shame. Having never stayed in an apart hotel before it wasn’t clear what the situation was. Our kitchenette was padlocked shut but we were not planning on using this, but as such the room was not cleaned during our stay and we had to take the bins out before leaving - not clear if this was expected. We had to ask every day for toilet paper as this was not replenished and kept being given half rolls. The night receptionist told us staff did not have any, did not have access to the room, that it was the last one in the hotel. Not very 4 star standard. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and we slept well. Curtains keep the light out well and there is no ambient noise from the street. The fire alarm sounded one night during our stay due to a guest smoking in their room. The guest was at reception apologising but no comment was made by the night receptionist.

Updated and very clean venue but very confusing walk back to your room from parking garage. Receptionist was Russian and not very friendly. She gave us a map for the parking. Parking garage is around the corner underneath the second part of the Hotel. We had to walk through the parking garage through a connector corridor into the building that our room is situated in. We were not informed that you had to swipe your room key in the elevator in order for it to work. The room itself is very clean and modern. Towels are nice- one bath towel and one hand towel each. No Kleenex. Hand soap at sink, body gel in shower. You must ensure that the glass door on the shower is not over the edge of the tub or you will have a flood on the floor. This hotel nickel and dimes you - 12.00 Euro for parking, 20.00 to unlock the kitchenette in your room and a 300.00 Euro security deposit if you've never stayed at an appart'hotel previously. The Hotel itself has been updated and very clean which should garner a 5/5 but because of all the hidden costs and the crazy situation with the parking, it deserves a 3/5 at best.
