“A lovely find”
I've been staying at various hotels in Cannes for the TV conferences for nearly 30 years. Not all stays have been as anticipated, so I am extremely pleased I've found this one. “Fair accomodation”
It dripped from the air conditioning. Sofa is not suitable for two adults. The outdoor grill was uncleaned. A parking place and Wi-Fi are free of charge. The hotel is located relatively close to the center.

“Nice apartment, clean. Quiet and elegant area.”
We have been at Kimi for 2 nights and we had a very good stay. The apartment was clean, modern, with one double bed and one sofa to sleep, one kitchen and bathroom. The area was nice, elegant, around 30 min walking to the center. Private parking and free internet wifi.

“A nice place, within walking distance”
This little B&B isn't really located where you want to be in Cannes. It's a 15-20 minutes walk downhill to the beachfront.
