“Great views but little else”
The towels are never replaced. You are supposed to dry them on an in-room towel dryer but ours remains broken after three days and 3 maintenance requests. New towels available for a price. “Not four stars”
Not four stars. Room was tired and needed an upgrade. We booked a double bed for our anniversary and got two singles pushed together, separately made up. No plug for the bath. No tea bags, sugar, etc. that you would expect from four stars. Gave it an extra star as breakfast was the only highlight.
