“just ok”
The location is good right on the Promenade des Anglais but this place is not very nice. I only stayed one night. They are set up for longer stays with tiny kitchenettes in the rooms. Food smell in the hallways was not pleasant though when people cook in their hotel rooms. The room key is not th… more

“Great views but little else”
The towels are never replaced. You are supposed to dry them on an in-room towel dryer but ours remains broken after three days and 3 maintenance requests. New towels available for a price.
