“It's not as bad as they say.”
We chose the Carlton based on location and price and it was well worth it. It is older in style and some of the points made in other reviews are accurate (stairs, elevator). “Poor and discriminatory.”
Arrived 29/9/24. Very clean room and bedding. However, I do have a very serious complaint. The receptionist greeted us in a manner to confirm our home location (UK) he then asserted ‘you are not a part of the EU then? We thought nothing of this and exchanged our pleasantries including our reference… more
