“A warm and friendly place”
A pleasant no-frills place and the staff was very efficient and welcoming, knowing what the guests need, giving tips for restaurants without having to ask for it. “Cute Hotel, Great Location”
Stayed here my first two nights in Nice and would stay here again. Very safe. Quiet. around the corner from a Monoprix and the Basilique Notre-Dame de Nice. Amazed how they fit a tiny kitchen into the tiny room.

“LOCATION and Reception stuff is SUPERB!”
VEry easy to find and the reception guys are very good understanding your needs and trying to help! Excellent location - just close to the main train station Nice Ville and to the old town. The room itself is tiny but all what is need is there as well. Overall I am happy
