Perfect location just a stone throw from Jean Medecin tram station (very convenient when you come from airport) and near Place Massena and Promenade d'anglais. 15 minutes walk to railway station and to old city (3 minutes by tram). Atmosphere at the hotel is wellcoming and a bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Our room was a classic double room with a very comfortable queen size bed. We found the room cosy and the shower was in a separate corner behind a glassdoor - just perfect. Well, the walls are thin so you could hear neighbor speaking on phone, but at night we slept well in a guiet environment. The room was clean and tidy. The reception staff was friendly. You could fill up your bottle with fresh cold water near the reception desk and take a cup of coffee, too - nice! The only thing to complain is that on breakfast there was not signs to show lactosfree and glutenfree items and sometimes there were any personnel present to ask, but when were, we got lactosfree and glutenfree bread separate served for us. Otherwise breakfast was in a good level. But when all is said and done quality/price is good and we enjoyed our stay.

“Excellent location”

Excellent locatio, close to old town and shoping street. Train station is ten minutes walk so you can get easilly to oter towns. Tram to the airport is 3 minutes walk. Clean room and very helpful and friedlly staff. Breakfest is good, not variority of the food.

I booked this very last minute due to limited availability in the area. The location cannot be beat and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the teeny tiny room was run down and falling apart. I booked this very last minute due to limited availability in the area. The location cannot be beat and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the teeny tiny room was run down and falling apart. I booked a bunk bed room because it was the only one left. Slept fine in it for 2 nights but sat on it gently once and the slats fully broke. I had to switch rooms because it wasn’t able to be slept in. Additionally, my toilet would flush infinitely. I hung up a towel and the hook fell off the wall. The showers are smaller than ones in an RV. There are no outlets next to the bed, which is pretty bad for a bunk bed situation of you’re on the top bunk. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
