We had a fantastic stay at this campsite and would highly recommend it for families looking for a fun, relaxed holiday with a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and polite staff made us feel at ease. While English levels varied across the site, we found communication easy even with our limited French — everyone was helpful and willing to assist. The entertainment team really stood out — they were engaging, full of energy, and made a real effort with the kids. Poolside games were announced in both French and English, which meant all children could get involved and enjoy the fun. We’d read previous reviews about limited sunbeds at the pool, but having stayed at other Eurocamp sites, we were pleasantly surprised by how well it was managed here. While some guests did "reserve" beds with towels, the staff were on it — blowing whistles periodically to clear the pool and encouraging guests to return to their beds. Any unattended beds were promptly cleared, which kept things fair and meant there were always beds available throughout the day. A great system that actually works! The pool area itself was a hit with everyone in our group, both kids and adults. The lazy river and various flumes offered plenty of entertainment, and the whole setup was safe and well-maintained. There’s a lovely on-site bar with lots of seating — perfect for unwinding at the end of a busy pool day. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the food was good too. That said, we also enjoyed taking the free train to Saint Cyprien for dinner and drinks by the beach. The train was a novelty and a really pleasant way to get around, though the walk to the seafront was only about 10 minutes if you prefer. Just a heads-up: the beach sand is quite grainy, not the soft powdery type — but it’s absolutely fine to sit and relax on. We stayed in Roan accommodation, which was clean, comfortable, and ideal for our group (5 adults and 2 kids). The bedrooms were a bit snug, but we didn’t spend much time indoors, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Our Roan reps, Tony and Linda, were excellent — friendly, helpful, and responsive. When we lost hot water one evening around 8:30pm, they came over within 10 minutes and sorted it straight away by replacing the gas bottle. Couldn’t fault their service. Our only issues with the accomodation was their close proximity to each other. We unfortunately had a noisy neighbour who appeared to pack their car and leave at 3am every morning. This did break our sleep and disrupt the kids. As a large group, we travelled in two cars but were only allowed to keep one at the lodge, even though there was space for two. However, I do appreciate not all accommodation on the site had space for 2 cars. The second car was left in the main car park just outside the campsites barrier and we were allowed to bring it in on the last day to pack it up. The on-site shop was well-stocked with essentials, and although you can pre-order pastries, we chose to walk to a nearby bakery (around 10 minutes away) each morning for fresh croissants and pain au chocolat. All in all, this was a brilliant campsite that balanced relaxation and entertainment perfectly. We'd definitely come back!

Family holiday with lots of fun and good times with no issues that had previously been reported in June and July. Only issues is we didn’t have a car and the campsite are not doing bikes so eventually we found a place down at the beach and hired there. The accommodation, comfortable but even though we purchased premium through Eurocamp the space is still small and without an oven a microwave is no way big enough for 4 adults and two children. The food in the restaurant is good and although quite expensive we all enjoyed and the staff were super. The shop this time was good and no overcharging as everything is paid by phone/card. We found the cafe beside the pool very expensive and the quality poor which is shame as the last time we visited the campsite two years ago the cafe food was top class. The pool is fabulous and security very good, no food only water allowed in and the entertainment team brilliant with English, French, Spanish and German made it all understandable. The slides are great and the children had lots of fun. All staff were super helpful as I’m blind and they did all they could. Thank you Marvilla Parks for a great holiday. However, we didn’t see a Eurocamp rep at any point as had some small issues with the accommodation, however everything worked out well and I would highly recommend the park and staff.

My family and I stayed here at the end of August 2025. After reading lots of negative reviews we were slightly apprehensive about going. After now visiting I can honestly say this site was fantastic. The staff were attentive and friendly. The majority spoke enough English to get by. The site / facilities were clean. The pool and slides were perfect and only found the pool overly busy on one day. The bar was priced reasonably and food was delicious. The lifeguards for the pool were fantastic and didn’t take any nonsense. They also operated a daily ‘refresh’ of the subbeds and any beds with towels but no one on them were cleared so new people could use them. The lodge we stayed in was average sized and had everything we needed. The water pressure was great and could have a nice hot shower, no problems. The sound proofing was a bit of an issue as if you have a noisy neighbour like we did you’ll be able to hear them but the site itself made up for this. Only one space for a vehicle inside the complex was slightly annoying. The site offers a ‘train’ service to the local town saint cyprien free of charge which was a great alternative to walking although we did walk on occasion and only took about 10-15 minutes. Overall I would happily go back again.
