The room was spotless, pool area large and inviting. Cooking facilities let the apartment down. Two electric cooking rings that look forever to heat up. Half an hour to cook an omelette - luckily it was raining so had no where else to go. Sunbeds could also doing with replacing - definitely seen better days. Ate in Govino7 when we arrived - generous portions, Greek homecooking- decent prices.

Myself and my friend stayed here from October 7th for 6 nights, it was a good experience, the place is lovely and very picturesque, the grounds are well kept and the apartments are lovely as well, Marie who worked in the restaurant was lovely and was very helpful when my friend asked her could she help with his learning of some Greek words, Voula on reception was very helpful as well and Theodore the security guard was lovely too, thank you all for making our holiday to Corfu wonderful.

likes: The staff were lovely and helpful, (including the restuarant where food was very good) happy to help and gave us info on the area, we were given a bay review rather than the garden view and they honoured a request to be away from the main road. The accommodation was very bright and airy, just about had the bare essentials for Self catering in the kitchen - could have done with a kettle bit loved that they included washing up liquid and sponge - great touch. Clean but basic, which doesnt bother us. The view was very nice. It was a good base to explore the island we used the buses - bustops both ways right outside the hotel. dont likes: Ive already mentioned this to the hotel when I left to give them feedback: Very very dissapointed the pool WAS NOT UP AND RUNNING - we were told prior to stay it would be ready for 3 days into our trip - still was not ready for use by the time we left at day 8 - nothing much was being done to facilite this. The main road noise was bad on the saturday night but got used to it a little after that - Put a complaint in also about the local small holdings positioned adjacent- strimming noise vertually all day for 3-5 days and hordenous barking dogs - day and night , they had made a complaint in fairness so they said. The appartment complex had paper thin walls - very noisey, shuffling of chairs - the usual from families and ignorant people early morning and middle of night revellers.
