I booked for a facial and my partner a massage and the experience was amazing. We arrived early and were able to use the sauna and swimming pool inside the spa. The facial felt amazing and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The lady at the front was very helpful with booking our appointment and made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely return in the future

The hotel complex is really big and quite hilly. If you are in one of the higher up rooms, you are taken to your room by a buggy which is cool. The rooms are spacious. They are a little dated. The hotel complex is really big and quite hilly. If you are in one of the higher up rooms, you are taken to your room by a buggy which is cool. The rooms are spacious. They are a little dated. We upgraded our room for a balcony with a sea view and this was so worth it. The view was incredible. You could pay more for a room with a private pool but having seen these, I am glad this is something we didn't do. A lot of them can be walked past by other hotel guests and are not private at all. Only other down side to the rooms was that you had to pay 5 Euros per day for a safe which is something I wouldn't expect to pay extra for in a hotel like this. There are 3 pool areas. We only went to the larger 2 and they were gorgeous. Immaculately clean and there were always plenty of sun beds. I joined in with the water aerobics which was really good, the instructor was brilliant, a funny girl. I wish this had been on every day ( I think it is every other day). We were half board and the food was ok. Nothing to complain about, more personal preference I think and buffet style food is not our thing. There was always plenty of choice. The omelette station at breakfast was really good. All of the staff are very pleasant, particularly on reception. I also have to highlight a member of staff in the buffet restaurant, Alkis (probably not spelt that right). He only started there this week but he is was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. The location of the hotel is superb. Its a nice 25 minute walk into the gorgeous town. There are beaches really close by, less than a 5 minute walk. One is a pebbled beach and the other a sandy beach so best of both worlds. The entertainment in the evenings in the hotel is quite chilled and low key. They had a great pianist on whilst we were there and a DJ. We didn't use the spa facilities. Overall, this is a lovely hotel in a fabulous location with great staff.

The resort is spread over a huge area with 3 pools. The area is all steps and very hilly so not ideal for those with walking issues. 2 restaurants, one of which is à la carte. This can be visited once during the stay. The food was excellent but only 2 choices so may not suit someone fussy. The main restaurant is buffet. Plenty of variety but food was generally tepid or cold and it was much the same each night and the selection was also quite similar. The waiters were very attentive and there were plenty of them. The reception staff were overall very good with the exception of one that was quite rude. Car hire is available on site and is pretty essential if you want to see the island. It’s a 20 minute walk into Ag Nik, which is a beautiful resort and has plenty of taxis if you don’t fancy walking back. The bar staff were very good and in particular the gentleman behind the bar who really did make everyone feel very special, and he remembered your tipple too! The spa was lovely and fronted by a lovely Canadian lady, the staff ching and giannis were excellent. Overall nice place, downside is the steps and hilly nature and the food, particularly in the evening was dreadful.
