We stayed at this property in a Tropical Pavilion room with private pool. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully appointed. The bathroom is lovely, great water pressure, lots of room. There are plenty of thoughtful amenities. I cannot say enough about the housekeeping staff who work round the clock to stock, clean and maintain this pristine resort. They are second to none! The front desk team is professional, capable, warm, efficient at taking care of any request. The food and beverage is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and beautifully presented. We enjoyed lunch and dinner on property - both times, the service was spot on and the food was delicious. This is a family friendly resorts - and that is evident by the number of small children on property. There is a kids club, but families tend to spend most of their time around the main pool. The beach area was perfect for us as a couple seeking a quiet retreat. Great for swimming and serviced by the friendly bar team, it was a nice little escape from the tiny guests at the pool! We didn't use the fitness center - it's an outdoor gym. Instead we took the ocean front trail into town. The two stand out staff who went over and above to make our stay were Theodore (Haute Living) and Anastasia. The care and attention they extended to make sure we would have a memorable stay was extraordinary. We would return to this property and would recommend it - the main reason is the staff. Trust your holiday to their capable hands. We loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at Domes Zeen Chania and would return in a heartbeat. The only issue we experienced was with our room, but it was resolved quickly by a genuinely caring, attentive team who clearly take pride in looking after their guests. What impressed us most was how the hotel manages to be incredibly family-friendly while still feeling like a stylish adults-only retreat. The design, atmosphere and overall aesthetic are exceptional, creating a calm and luxurious environment without compromising on family needs. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with high-quality food served in a beautiful setting. The reception team were outstanding throughout our stay, helping with everything from restaurant reservations and taxi bookings to arranging buggies back to our room. We were travelling with our 8-month-old daughter on her first holiday, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and well looked after. Their warmth and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience. The hotel is also within walking distance of Chania's old and new towns. The path is a little rough in places, but it's manageable with a pram and well worth the walk. A beautiful hotel with exceptional service, thoughtful staff and a wonderful atmosphere.
