We had a wonderful stay at Akasha Beach Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere that made our vacation truly enjoyable. What made our experience especially memorable was Eva, a member of the staff who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, caring, and empathetic, always attentive to our needs and ready to help with a genuine smile. Eva also developed a beautiful friendship with our daughter, who absolutely adored her. Their connection brought so much joy to our holiday and made us feel genuinely cared for as a family. People like Eva are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. We are deeply grateful for her warmth, kindness, and dedication, and we hope to see her again in the future. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories for our family.

Four of us, two couples, stayed at Akasha All Inclusive for one week. The positives: * The hotel is lovely to look at. * The rooms are spacious and clean. * The service, especially around the pools during the day, is superb. Glasses are never left empty. * The hotel location is great, within walking distance of so many good bars and restaurants. Drawbacks we found: * Our rooms were pool view, so we had a lovely view of the attractive pool area. However, we were directly above where breakfast is served, and as a result we were woken up at around 7am, or earlier, every morning by chairs scraping and other noise. The rooms did not seem soundproof at all, and noise also carried from the corridor. * The all-inclusive package is good for drinks, but for food, particularly lunch, it was poor. The hotel offers a snack bar menu with chicken strips, pizzas and burgers, but these come at an additional charge and are not included in the all-inclusive package. As a result, you’re left with an extremely limited lunch menu, which is basically the least appealing parts of the dinner buffet. We either paid extra or went out for lunch, but in a hotel of this class we’ve never experienced such a poor all-inclusive lunch offering. * The dinner food was okay and there was much more choice, but after about three days it felt low quality and everything started to taste the same. Any meat dishes were often chewy and largely inedible. * The service for drinks at dinner is a little off and nowhere near as good as it is around the pools during the day. The hotel has three pool areas plus the beach. People do the usual rush and queue for the main, more aesthetically pleasing pool. We never bothered with that one and were able to get four sunbeds together at either of the other two pools with no problem as late as 11am. Overall, the hotel is nice, but in my view not quite as nice as it makes itself out to be, and it is missing a few key details before it can truly be considered five-star. The location is excellent and, if we were to return, we would likely not take up any food options at the hotel
