rebooked after staying here in September 2024 but had to postpone last year until this May. Stayed for 11 nights. I booked the a la cartes back in January and loved them all except the fish, nothing wrong, just not to my taste. I cannot say enough about how amazing all the staff at this hotel are and how welcoming they are. Wish it was warm enough to travel to in the Winter as would certainly pick this hotel over any in the Canary Islands. The difference in the welcome we received from the Easyjet staff at the airport in Crete was very marked compared to the indifference in Tenerife. Anyway, warm welcome at reception and we were taken to room 505 right by the quieter pool, ground floor with terrace, grass area with our own sunbeds. The pool waiter still got us drinks whenever we wanted. We had lovely little touches in our room such as a bottle of bubbly on ice and fruit to canapes and cocktails. They were always replenishing towels without us requesting them and sometimes left a little sweet on our pillows in the evenings. We ate at the a la cartes on 7 evenings and the remainder in the buffet. The evening entertainment this time was much better and we particularly enjoyed the cuban singers/dancers on 2 evenings and the dj party on our last night. We also enjoyed the Night Bar this time and got chatting with other guests and were really well looked after by Iliana and Dimitris. Other names to mention were Stavroula, Guest Relations, Aminis, buffet restaurant manager, Argiri, buffet waitress, Fotini and Penelope in the Champagne bar, Gabrietto, our pool drinks guy, Milera Cretan, Johnny Asian and Elewina Concierge. So many more so apologies for not mentioning them. We enjoyed the crepe bar on a couple of occasions and the icecreams were to die for too. We are hoping to get back next year with family. We have stayed at lots of all inclusives including Mexico and also Stella Island in Crete but absolutely love this hotel. The staff really do love their jobs and make the whole holiday experience what it is. Everywhere is kept so clean, from the main areas, toilets, rooms, pool areas, absolutely no complaints.

A must for those seeking near perfection. Everything organised to a very high standard, restaurants excellent but à la carte restaurants must be booked in advance of your stay or your choices will be limited. These eateries were amazing. The food choices in all restaurants were amazing and very appetising and absolutely delicious. Rooms spacious, beds very comfy, spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facilities good, except lack of milk most days, we always had to request more. We also had to request more hangers which were delivered promptly. Downside : not enough drawer storage I kept most of my smaller items in my case. Shower cubicle : water spilled out on to tiled floor surfaces which made these very slippery, perhaps some sort of bar needed at threshold of shower area to stop this happening . Take your wash cloths , they are not supplied. Toiletries supplied good. Sun beds available in most places, but the main pool which is absolutely massive does get full early on, the normal towel reserving exists sadly, but plenty of other pool areas for sun bathing, or just relaxing exist. Salt water pools great . The beach has an amazing grill/drinks bar, great kebabs, burgers, Greek salads …. These guys work incredibly hard ! We used this for lunch most days. Service in all areas excellent. If you need something , just ask and it’s done ! Nothing is too much trouble ! Beach area : a little disappointing due to being predominately rocky at sea entry points, which was a no no for me to negotiate. However the pools were amazing. Entertainment very good but if you want night life , perhaps not it winds up around 11pm but the bars are still open . All in all I honestly cannot fault this place, I would return without doubt, we felt very relaxed and chilled out after 10 wonderful days. And a little overweight 😄 well done Mitsis.
