The hotel has been renovated and is very clean and well maintained. It is located in a quiet area. There is a car rental company and a few small shops nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day, including fresh towels. The food is fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options, including Italian, Greek, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. For me, it’s a 10 out of 10!

From the very first moment, when the smiling staff welcomed us at the reception, we knew we had made the right choice. Accommodation:*The room was spacious, more modern than in the photos, and spotlessly clean. It was perfectly cleaned every day. Dining: A true culinary experience! The buffet offered a huge selection of fresh fish, local specialties, and international cuisine. Themed dinners and fresh fruit by the pool were a great bonus. Services & Grounds:The pools were clean, and the beach was well-maintained. The entertainment team was fantastic—non-intrusive, yet full of energy. A huge thank you goes to the entire team for their professional and welcoming approach. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Currently staying in Room 244, and I wanted to give my honest opinion of the hotel so far. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, very clean, and the staff are clearly working incredibly hard. Unfortunately, though, for the price of the holiday, I feel the service really doesn’t match what you would expect from a 5-star, all-inclusive hotel. Around 90% of our experience has been self-service. In the mornings, there is no table service for coffee, and in the evenings you have to queue at the bar for drinks. There are only two members of staff trying tirelessly to serve people at their tables, but realistically this needs to be at least trebled. The staff are doing the work of several people, and you can see how hard they are trying. The Greek restaurant at lunchtime offers an alternative to the buffet, but unfortunately the food is very similar every day and drinks are again self-service. The buffet food is okay and there is nothing particularly wrong with it, but we are only on day three and already getting very bored of it. It seems particularly geared towards pizza every day. This evening, however, our experience at the Italian restaurant was extremely disappointing and probably one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We initially arrived with the wrong reservation time. Once seated, we were brought three glasses of water. I honestly have never been served a bad glass of water before, but the water here tasted strongly of chemicals and was completely undrinkable. When we asked for water that we could actually drink, we were told we would be charged for it. I’m sorry, but I thought we were staying at an all-inclusive hotel. Being charged for a bottle of drinkable water seems completely unreasonable. We then ordered a bottle of red wine of the drinks menu. We waited 30 minutes, only to be told that the wine we had ordered was unavailable and asked to choose another. We did so, but after an hour, the second bottle still hadn’t arrived, despite our starters and salad already being served. We had also ordered a beer for my son, which still hadn’t arrived. When we asked again about the wine, we were told that the second wine was also unavailable. So why provide a wine list when so many of the wines aren’t actually available? Eventually, we asked them simply to bring us a bottle of white wine and asked again for the beer we had ordered over an hour earlier. The beer finally arrived at the same time as our main course — around 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering! The biggest issue with this hotel is that it seems to want to operate as a 5-star hotel while staffing levels feel more like a 3-star property. It is such a shame because the hotel itself has so much potential, and the staff are genuinely working incredibly hard. They simply cannot provide the level of service expected when there aren’t enough of them. Management really needs to take notice. Invest in more staff, improve the service and make sure the restaurants actually have the food and drinks advertised on their menus. On the second night of our stay we returned to our hotel room. However we didn’t even have water to flush our toilet or clean our teeth. The hotel could be so much better, and with the right staffing and management, it could genuinely live up to its 5-star reputation.
