Overall a very positive and good experience but with some slight problems as expected for a newly refurbed hotel. Firstly want to thank the ones below: Nikos Georgia Georgos Kostas Vasilis These members of staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond. The way they treated myself and my partner were fantastic and really made are holiday even more special. Nikos was amazing from the moment we walked into reception how friendly and welcoming he was and this continued the whole 11 days we were there and the friendship we have made. He’s a very special young man. Georgia is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met or had the experience of being around, she started every day with the biggest smile on her face and was so happy every moment. Georgos was great every day with making us endless amounts of cocktails and treating us like friends and not just guests. Kostas was extremely helpful, making him there to help us whenever we needed anything. Vasilis was a quiet but very kind and made us fantastic drinks at the reception bar. The food at the hotel I cannot fault, it was different selection every day for both lunch and dinner. The snack bar they had different bbq’s to give that Greek feel and to also put on something different every day. Was great having a crepe/ waffle bar too. We booked the room with a private pool which had its problems, the pools were easy to flood and caused a lot of water right outside the rooms. The shower occasionally got blocked up and couldn’t be used as well as the toilet and sink drains getting blocked. We had maintenance out several times during our stay. - if this got solved and the pools were a better design with the drains this would make them perfect. The evening entertainment wasn’t great, mostly just a singer and pianist. The kids club isn’t great or really even a thing so I wouldn’t advised strongly for families with children who like to take part in things. Overall a positive experience, you can see the staff are really trying to do everything they can to make it a good experience for guests and trying to improve on the faults/ teething problems for a new hotel. My partner and I have just returned from our stay and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The standout aspect of our holiday was definitely the staff. A special mention has to go to Nikos, who welcomed us warmly on arrival and genuinely helped make our stay memorable. He was always checking in on us, making sure everything was okay, and his positive energy and friendly nature never went unnoticed. Georgia in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. She consistently went above and beyond, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel valued. She is a credit to the hotel and such a genuinely lovely person. We would also like to thank George in the bar, who was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. He always went out of his way to sort our drinks, have a chat with us, and ensure we were looked after. His hard work and dedication were clear to see. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly, attentive, and worked extremely hard. We did experience a small issue during our stay, but the Front Office Manager dealt with it promptly and professionally, which was appreciated. The food was generally very good, with plenty of choice available each day. However, some dishes were occasionally only lukewarm rather than hot. We also noticed that plates and cutlery were not always completely clean, although this didn’t detract too much from our overall enjoyment of the dining experience. We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was lovely. However, there was no drainage around the pool area, meaning the pathways outside the rooms became flooded whenever neighbouring guests used their pools. We also experienced flooding in our room’s shower on two occasions, although maintenance attended quickly each time and resolved the issue. One area that could be improved is the entertainment and facilities for children. There didn’t seem to be a great deal for younger guests to do, which was surprising given the number of families staying at the hotel. The crepe and waffle station was a nice addition with plenty of customisation options, although service could be a little slow at busy times. Overall, we had a good experience and would like to thank all of the hardworking staff. A huge shout-out to Nikos, Georgia, and George, who truly made our holiday extra special and consistently went above and beyond to help. They are a real asset to the hotel.

Booked before it opened and tried to change hotel after seeing reviews but jet 2 wouldn’t allow us Good - Food is lovely in buffet even though we did travel out on an evening quite abit when we did eat in it was nice Hotel pool area, outdoor area lovely Hotel shop has plenty in and lovely lady who works there Reception staff worked hard and happy to get us taxis out each evening We also taxied out to star beach about 10 mins away for free splash park water slides etc, lots of things within a 10-15 min taxi so that’s handy Good gym Poor - Food was nice at pool area through the day but during busy times ran out of stuff quickly and knives forks etc too Crepe bar always busy Drinks are cheap and not very nice, cocktails to sour or sweet & the cheap plastic cups Self serve at the restaurant too and wine is awful from a tap Kids club - no English speaker was there and it wasn’t as pictured on photos what we had booked on, we didn’t bother taking our child there Atmosphere on an evening in hotel was dull, before music had started or when it had finished no atmosphere at all Staff at main bar always ran off there feet, bar doesn’t seem to be set up for busy periods at all Hotel corridors etc and flooring seem like it’s a rush job to be done doesn’t match the outside standard Beach isn’t finished, they’ve stuck sunbeds on a beach which has a sewage looking pipe running through and we often seen a digger on the beach Grassy areas around hotel still need to be layed
