Great location, quiet but still plenty to see and do Our room was beautiful and we loved it, but we did speak to a few other people who were staying across the road opposite the king Scorpio bar and they were not happy with their rooms The atmosphere is good pretty chilled out and the staff are friendly and helpful, special mention for nomorr at the bar!! What a lovely guy and Charles who showed us to our room.To be fair all of the staff were brilliant Room was cleaned every day immaculately The main pool was a little bit dirty if I'm honest,tide mark's around the side and it was the start of the season so I would expect it cleaned before opening again, didn't see the pool being cleaned out once in the 10 day's we stayed,sun beds were comfortable but need cleaning daily, which isn't done, overall the place is clean and tidy but pool and beds needs looking into The food was good and had plenty of choice,the drinks were really good the cocktail menu was good and proper drinks We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again, though I think it could be pretty crowded in the high season

Beautiful location close to the sea. Relaxing atmosphere! The hotel is made up of several adjoining buildings and where we stayed I tend to think that they do not offer the same room conditions as those in the building where the reception is. Unfortunately the room we received was probably suitable for 2 stars, although we paid for 4 stars... Smell of mold even though we left a small window open at all times. We tried changing it, but unfortunately two alternatives offered were not worth the effort of carrying luggage. The rooms were properly cleaned, clean towels. The breakfast is repetitive, but with so many alternatives, it's impossible not to find something to your taste. The drinks are satisfying! There was noise from the clubs and noisy neighbors, but nothing too bad. We left the hotel quite late, vacated the room at 11 am and took our luggage to a specially arranged room - they were super O.K. with this service. In general, the staff was friendly, but despite this they did not help us relocate even though we had a 7-night stay...

Overall, we had a really lovely stay at this hotel and had no major issues at all. The hotel was clean throughout, including the rooms and reception areas, and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also really appreciated being given sandwiches when we arrived for late check-in in the evening, which was thoughtful after travelling. The drinks were very good and the food pleasantly surprised us too. After reading some mixed reviews beforehand, we weren’t expecting much, but we actually enjoyed the food every night with a good variety of meat choices available. One thing I did notice was that the pool had quite a few floaties and bits in it at times, which I thought could have been cleaned more regularly. I was also slightly disappointed with the room at first, as the advertised photos and some online reviews made it look more modern than it was in reality. We were given a ground floor apartment and the beige decor wasn’t really to my taste. However, the room was extremely spacious with two sofas and a lovely garden area outside, which made up for it. In the end, with the weather being so nice, you don’t spend too much time in the room anyway. The hotel spa was absolutely amazing! The lady working there was absolutely lovely and gave one of the best full body massages I’ve had, especially for such a reasonable price. Overall, I would describe this hotel as a good average stay for anyone looking for somewhere affordable and comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed our holiday and felt happy with what we paid for.
