Location was perfect for our first time going away alone, lovely atmosphere and close to many different restaurants, beaches, hire and activity places. Perfect shops around for buying for family back home. The rooms were lovely and the balconies and patios were perfect for winding down at night with your friends. Food options were small and as picky eaters we sometimes struggled to eat here, however our friend loved and enjoyed the food every day as she enjoys a wide range of different foods. The potatoes were stunning and so delicious and desert and fruit options were lovely. The pool was so nice and not too loud and busy! Room was very clean and cleaner comes most days so chuck rubbish in the bin etc. For 360 per person this was definitely worth the money. All staff are extremely lovely but I must shout out this one in particular, George! He made sure we stayed safe and reassured us that any issues we can come to him, he told us the best places to go and made us feel so welcome. He’s lovely to have a joke and a banter with and we consider him one of our good friends now! Over all our stay was amazing!

“A good base for adventures”

I used this hotel as a base for my 2 week stay, and I was impressed. On my very late arrival, I was greeted by George who was very welcoming, explained all parts of the hotel and what was included in my stay (all inclusive), and highlighted places in the area that were worth a visit. The room was very clean on arrival, but I did notice that the balcony light did not work, however with the positioning of my balcony, I still had light coming from elsewhere. Throughout the stay, there were a number of tumultuous guests, and I feel that the situations were handled really well, and George regularly apologised for this despite it not being his fault. Meal times had a lot of cold options. Sometimes I did struggle on hot food, but this was due to my picky eating (I don’t like lamb or sea food) and there were nearly always local dishes which I really appreciated. Costos the chef was lovely, and always took the time to speak to everyone in the restaurant. He also helped me with my Greek, and spent time to help me come out of my shell with other guests. The all inclusive drinks are very restricted, only offering brandy, ouzo and raki in spirits, beer and wine. No cocktails were included, but it was possible to get toasties and pastries throughout the day. During my stay, the cleaning of the room wasn’t particularly consistent, which did leave the bathroom smelling due to the lack of bin emptying. The rooms are very large, and had a fridge which was very useful. The pool area is very pretty, but the rules being enforced was very hit and miss (eg. Some guests being allowed glasses around the pool). The WiFi throughout the hotel was strong which I was surprised with. This made it possible for me to watch tv on streaming services. The beds in my room wasn’t particularly comfortable, but I am used to memory foam rather than mattresses with springs. The aircon was very effective too, and was also very good for heating. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public parking for if you hire a car, and excellent bus services very close by. I didn’t spend large amounts of time at the hotel during the day due to exploring the island. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the stay was made by the actions of George and costos.
