“Great hotel!”

Great hotel for families. We liked breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. For dinner we choose to go outside and also take long walks in the beautiful neighborhood. Also we enjoyed the spa services. They make you feel so relaxed.

“Excellent”

We have visited the hotel at the end of July for three days. It's idea for families and our child enjoyed the two pools. My wife and i enjoyed the aegeo spa, their services were excellent. We will come back next year for sure.

Not good not bad. This hotel Is very good situated, close to the plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. Food is delicious, we got a good room, but have to pointed that cleaning was very bad - especially bathroom was badly cleaned. And balcony also.

Overall this hotel is amazing and I would definitely recommend it! The hotel itself is in a beautiful location and has two stunning pools, with one being on the beach front. The hotel is situated in a great location with plenty to do around it for everyone. At the front of the hotel is a pharmacy and lots of shops. The back of the hotel leads out to the strip and is roughly around a 10-15 minute walk away from the night life. Only a minute or two away is also an incredible beach club that does offer amazing food and drinks if you wanted to try somewhere different for a day. The hotel is also a minute walk away from the beach, which offers a range of different water sports. The food in the hotel was very good. There was always something there for everyone and they had a Chinese buffet alongside the other food offerings. Highlights of the food included the gyros and souvlaki that was offered. Cannot fault the food as it was pretty varied each night. Also, the dessert selection was very good. The only downside was that there was a queue most days during the lunch and dinner service but was only around a 5-10 minute wait which we didn’t mind. During lunch, if it was during a busier time you could sometimes by queuing in the sun which was the only time that it became inconvenient to queue. The quality of all inclusive drinks was also very good. They had a great range of cocktails and other drinks. Some drinks were offered but had to be paid for but we found that the drinks included in the all inclusive package was more than enough. The all inclusive package did stop at 23:00 but this is mentioned at booking and at check-in and we found that we could just order a few rounds before 23:00 that would last us after this time. The staff at the bar were super friendly and were very fast at making drinks so there was hardly queues at the bar. The entertainment was also very good at the hotel. The two entertainers, Terence and V-boy, kept everyone entertained during the day. We really enjoyed aqua gym and would highly recommend doing it. They also had other things to do at different points during the day like stretching, beer pong and water polo. In the evening, most of the entertainment was live singers. We enjoyed the karaoke night and they even had synchronised swimmers which I haven’t seen at a hotel before. The hotel room was good and I didn’t have any issues with the cleanliness of our room. It is important to note that people do get up early to reserve sunbeds. We found that by 6:30 there wasn’t any options left for sunbeds. The only downside or thing to take notice of is the under 27 deposit that is required. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, we were informed that each of us would have to pay €100 in cash as a deposit but it only applied to guests under 27. We were disappointed that we weren’t made aware of this before arriving by the hotel or by Jet2. As we were all inclusive none of us had that much cash on us to give as a deposit and not be able to use for the rest of the holiday. As a result, we had to use the ATM machine across the road, which charged us €5 to withdraw cash, and had a very poor exchange rate. If we knew about this deposit beforehand we could have withdrawn the money before arriving. The reception staff were lovely about it and were very helpful and encouraged us to take photos of the room and anything that was broken just in case but we didn’t have any issues getting our deposit back, it was purely the inconvenience of withdrawing cash and not being told beforehand. If you are under 27, I would recommend taking an extra €100 in cash for the deposit. Overall, this hotel definitely met my expectations. The food and drinks were good and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
