The pool was realy nice and the stuff was even nicer! will visit again! It was fairly close to the beach a few minutes walk 10/10

I was OK as I knew you had to pay for extras-internet, 10 €/week is OK, other charges -AC, safe, late check out, etc. be forewarned, but not alarmed But slow internet, basic rooms, no duvet, only sheet, b&b= boring … more

I would stay again, but ignore the rose tinted glasses other reviewers wore, just enjoy the positives. Restaurants Dinner – Mezes – exit rear hotel, reach main road, turn right 150m- excellent Greek food – Kleftiko, Moussaka, Raki Lunch– Magrio-head East, 150m past Malia church, on right-home cooked Greek food – meatballs/potato-superb-lunch only

had 3 weeks there end of season so quiet , what I wanted, a pretty colourful place, good cleaners and bar staff but lots of extras, tourist tax, wifi {PER DEVICE) if you need it, aircon and safe, how they can still charge for an old metal box is pure greed, the biggest surprise was the smallest breakfast I have had anywhere in the world, I should have booked room only and checked if to add it ,dont waste your money when booking, plenty of nearby good value places or buy one from bar menu

“Lovely friendly staff but poor room facilities for self-catering.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are ideally located to all the local restaurant. The beautiful beach is just a ten minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are ideally located to all the local restaurant. The beautiful beach is just a ten minute walk. The changing of towel and sheets was poor and needs to be done on a more regular basis. The self catering facilities are very basic and are located in the bedroom. We even had to buy a toaster. The apartment we stayed in need to be upgraded ASAP, the shower area is very small and flows out to the toilet area. We enjoyed our stay in Malia especially the old town area and restaurants.
