Only 15 km from chania..near the beach..near fish Restaurants...very nice rooms..very good cervice..Highly recommended..a nice place near by a very nice vilage...u need a car to visit all around...my wife and me enjoid very much..visiting the area....parking free

We were staying in the hotel last week in August 2022. I can say we were pleasantly suprised and really satisfied. The accommodation is nice, room was clean and spacy. The facility women cleaned rooms carefullz every day as well as all surrondings of the hotel. We really appreciated willingness of all staff. They were always nice and willing to help no matter with anything. Food and drink were fresh, tasty. The variants of lunch and dinner were being changed so you could always choose according your taste. The swimming pool was crystal clear and was being cleansed every morning. Children did not want to leave the swimming pool as they were happy so much. I can recommend this place with a clear conscience. It is sure we will come back very soon.

We spent a week at the hotel in early July with the kids. Buffet without service, dirty dishes you take away yourself. Constant food offer pizza (from semi-finished), chips, spaghetti every day. Supplemented by two more side dishes and a meat dish that mostly consisted of half of semi-finished products (minced fish fingers or minced beef or pork) and sausages. Only a couple of times did we get non- minced meat for lunch or dinner. Little choice of fish, almost no tasting of local traditional food, tables not set, little choice of fruit and vegetables, those who came late could forget both. Mostly plastic or paper cups for drinks, glasses ran out very quickly and by the time the staff refilled them, lunch or dinner was over. I'm not used to staying in 4* hotels, but I don't think this is standard in them and the rating of this hotel is, in my opinion, inflated. Rooms standard, no great luxury. The teaser states that the hotel has been renovated, but our room certainly didn't look like that. The front door was crumbling at the bottom edge, as was the doorframe, some drawers wouldn't open, etc. The sunbeds by the pool and on the beach, although free, most guests tried to reserve with towels when they weren't using them, fortunately this changed after complaints and the staff removed the towels, at least in the evening. The description of the beach as pebble is a big exaggeration as it is more of a quarry with large stones even more than 10 cm in diameter, I would never have thought to call this a beach. In addition, there is a rather steep entrance to the water and if it starts to blow a bit, very strong waves form at the shore, which take the rocks with them, so if the wave wraps you, you risk getting hurt by really big stones. Unfortunately for us it was windy for about 4 days and the lifeguards closed the beach. I don't blame them either, the risk of injury was really high. For kids, if it's just a bit windy and waves start to form, it really isn't. V hotelu jsme strávili týden na začátku července s dětma. Občerstvení formou bufetu bez obsluhy, špinavé nádobí si odnášíte sami. Stálá nabídka jídel pizza (z polotovaru), hranolky, špagety každý den. Doplněné o další dvě přílohy a masové jídlo, které se skládalo z poloviny z polotovarů (mleté rybí prsty nebo mleté hovězí či vepřové) a párků. Jen párkrát jsme k obědu či večeři dostali nemleté maso. Poměrně malý výběr ryb, téměř žádné ochutnávky místního tradičního jídla, neprostřené stoly, malý výběr ovoce a zeleniny, kdo přišel pozdě mohl na obojí zapomenout. Na pití plastové nebo papírové kelímky, skleničky velmi rychle došly a než je personál doplnil, byl konec oběda nebo večeře. Nejsem zvyklá trávit dovolenou v hotelech kategorie 4*, ale nemyslím, že by v nich toto byl standard a hodnocení tohoto hotelu je, dle mého názoru, nadsazené. Pokoje standardní, žádný velký luxus. V upoutávce je uvedeno, že hotel prošel rekonstrukcí, ale náš pokoj tak rozhodně nevypadal. Vstupní dveře se na spodní hraně rozpadaly, stejně tak zárubeň, některé šuplíky nešly otevírat atd. Lehátka u bazénu i na pláži sice zdarma, ale většina hostů si je snažila rezervovat ručníky, i když je zrovna nepoužívali, to se naštěstí po stížnostech změnilo a personál, alespoň večer, ručníky odstraňoval. Popis pláže jako oblázkové, je hodně nadsazený, protože se jedná spíše o kamenolom s velkými kameny o průměru i více jak 10 cm, nikdy by mě toto nenapadlo nazývat pláží. Navíc je zde poměrně příkrý vstup do vody a pokud začne trochu foukat, tvoří se u břehu velmi silné vlny, které sebou berou i kamení, takže pokud vás vlna zabalí, hrozí zranění opravdu velkými kameny. Nám bohužel foukalo cca 4 dny a plavčíci pláž uzavřeli. Ani se jim nedivím, riziko zranění bylo opravdu velké, pro děti, pokud jen trochu fouká a začnou se tvořit vlny, to opravdu není.
