We were told our original hotel we had booked onto had overbooked and we had been moved to Euphoria 2 days prior to flying. After reading the reviews, we were worried and nearly cancelled our holiday. Thank GOODNESS we didn’t! The hotel is amazing. There is a wide variety of food every day in the buffet restaurant and we also had the pleasure of going to the Italian and the American restaurant (we were able to book 3, but only went with 2). Having the option of the Italian restaurant at lunch was also a huge plus. My children absolutely loved the waterpark. They also had plenty of activities happening at the kids club (like bracelet making, face painting etc). We were even more impressed with the bubble/foam party that happens every Sunday and the street food festival which is on every Tuesday. The euphoria gardens are beautiful and the children happily play there in the evenings. I could say so many more good things about Euphoria. It was truly stunning. Thank you for a great holiday.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here at the end of May. The resort is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere. We were a family of five and could always get a table at the bars and restaurants at peak times. Our room was a side sea family suite with pool, which was really spacious. It had plenty of space for our three 12 year old boys. The room had everything you’d need. We had a signature room and it was lovely eating in the Kouzina restaurant for breakfast - the highlight of my day! Pool areas were lovely, reserving lounges isn’t allowed and i saw this enforced. Waterpark was a big hit with our boys, and they loved the ice cream there. The food and drink was excellent. The à la carte restaurants were lovely, and the service was brilliant. I agree with others that evening bar service was slow at times, but it is table service so we just played cards etc while we waited. Entertainment was low key and relaxing which was to our taste. The staff were all friendly and professional - no stand out customer service, or going the extra mile, but definitely no complaints from us. I'd definitely stay here again.

We’ve just returned from a week stay at Euphoria. We did overall have a lovely holiday, but having previously stayed at Sani, I feel some honest feedback if taken onboard could help Euphoria Resort reach its full potential. The biggest issue here is the food - the quality of the food in the buffet is below standard and tastes like it’s packaged. The children’s provision was abysmal and the ice cream cheap and not what you’d expect from what it markets itself as a luxury resort. Breakfast was better but still not amazing (undercooked bacon, cheap jams, a self serve coffee machine), but dinner was just so poor I often chose not to eat if it was in the buffer (you can only book 3 al la carte dinners per week). Lunch was by far the best meal of the deal and we would eat in the Italian. I would suggest they need a few more protein options for the salad bar though. The al la cartes were much better but I don’t understand why they don’t do more covers? They are always half full and hard to book. I also do not understand the lack of a children’s menu in the Italian restaurant? They make great pizza in the day, have all the ingredients and a pizza oven, why not provide pizza for the children in the evening? The steak restaurant we ate in twice - once was brilliant, the second time was a shambles. Another issue is nothing is labelled in terms of allergens and again, if you do have an allergy, compared to how you’re taken care of in other resorts, euphoria felt stressful. In terms of the rooms, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and they are generally clean and very spacious with good air con. A problem with ants coming up through the drains and also found a few in the beds, as well as drain flies. Overall, they are a little tired and I’m not sure why they weren’t refreshed during the out of season break (things like mouldy grout, worn silicone, leak stains, water damage to skirting boards) The pools are great and my kids loved the water park. Service around the pool is good but a little slow. This isn’t the fault of the staff who work very hard, the hotel should just employ more to serve such large areas! Similar in the bar lobby in the evenings. An additional bar would help ease the pressure off staff. Entertainment was good. Not too ott and felt more reserved, which is nice. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and everything was fine, but with a few improvements it could be stand out and with so much competition in Greece, I would hope they do look to address these (most the criticism on trip advisor centres around the food after all!)
