Fantastic 12 night stay, the hotel is beautiful, you have your meals on a stunning terrace overlooking the beach. The all inclusive food was outstanding quality and choice in the buffet style dining. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Great variety of live music from classical clarinet and violin to retro pop music. The beach you could step onto from the hotel and once you passed the stones it was soft sand and swimming in warm, clean gentle seas. Local area is quiet with pretty fishing harbour, great tavernas and local shops. Couldn’t have been a better holiday, rebooking for next year 😁.

We were moved to this hotel due to issues at another property. The staff here are all polite, helpful, and really make the hotel what it is – they are a real credit. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The gym definitely needs some TLC. There is not much equipment, and what is there is very old, with some machines looking rusty. It’s also a small space, with only one air conditioning unit working and no windows, which makes it uncomfortable. The food was okay, with a reasonable choice, but it was not always hot. The puddings were lovely, but the ice cream was disappointing as it had a gritty texture. It’s a shame they don’t use the local ice cream, which is much nicer. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to Chania. It’s inexpensive, takes about 50 minutes, and makes for a lovely day out with plenty of streets to explore and shop in. Breakfast offered a good choice, but it would be even better if fresh omelettes were made to order so guests could choose their own ingredients like onion, cheese, ham, and peppers. Instead, there were pre-made plain omelettes available. The hotel overall could do with some general maintenance. There are steps in many areas of the restaurant, and the toilets are downstairs, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The beach itself was lovely, but it was disappointing to see that some tables still had glasses left on them from the night before when we went down for breakfast. I also noticed that some people who were not staying at the hotel were using the sunbeds.

A very nice hotel in a perfect setting. Friendly staff, especially Andreas at the pool bar, who makes the best coffee and is always upbeat and happy. Also, Zoe, in customer relations was so helpful. My Husband has a severe allergy and with buffet food, it's sometimes difficult to know what ingredients are in a dish. Zoe brought the menu to us each meal time with the 'safe' dishes highlighted. We also had Aircon issues in the original room, but the manager kindly found us another room with Seaview. The food is nice and there is plenty of choice, with everything being constantly topped up. Restaurant staff were friendly too. Now the small negatives....the Hotel could do with some updating and a lick of paint. Also, it was possible for anyone on the beach to use the sunbeds and bar for free, which were meant for the all inclusive guests . I would suggest the use of wristbands to stop this. We watched a man come and use the pools, get a drink and then lay on a sunbed, but he wasn't part of the hotel, as he met his small children further down the beach and definitely wasn't a guest in our hotel which is Adults Only. The other thing is the stairs and steps everywhere. Even the reception toilets are downstairs. The lifts are tiny and dark and rattle , so not sure how often they are serviced. Having sustained a back injury before travelling, I found all the stairs really difficult . It's something to note if you have a disability or can't climb. My last issue was having to pay for use of a safe. As we understood it, you pay a daily rate and are then given a code for the safe. This questioned whether our belongings were secure and if the 'code' could get into the wrong hands, so we carried our important things with us, which wasn't ideal. All in all though, we had an enjoyable and relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting and will return one day. I would recommend a visit.

A lovely friendly hotel with amazing staff who cannot do enough for you. Some of the hotel is dated and needs refurbishing but overall it’s a great setting with lots of pools dotted around mainly used for swim up rooms. If you want to use your safe it will cost you €20, be sure to ask about this when you check in otherwise you will need to go back to reception to ask them to unlock it. The hotel has great views across the bay - sunrises/sunsets The beach is pebbly so remember your beach shoes. We always found a sunbed no matter what time of the day it was. The sea was very clear but not very warm. The swim up bar is lovely and chilled with soft music playing in the background. As with any AI the food was hit and miss, but overall it was very good. Make sure you do the Olive Oil evening and also visit the roof top restaurant for a wonderful dining experience, yes they come at a small cost but worth it. Local drinks were plentiful and the barmen were always happy to make you a cocktail of your choice. You can also pay to upgrade your drinks package for branded spirits etc. Evening entertainment was ok depending on your taste. There are a few bars and restaurants along the beach towards the harbour. I would return to this hotel
