We have had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful all-inclusive hotel in Crete. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and above all, the incredible service. Every member of staff has been absolutely fantastic and genuinely friendly, no matter where we have been – by the pool, at the bars, in the restaurants, or anywhere else around the hotel. What really stands out is that you can tell that everyone in the team genuinely wants to make your holiday as enjoyable and special as possible. Nothing ever feels forced – there is a real warmth and willingness to help, and that makes such a difference. Our room has also been absolutely lovely – with a fantastic view. Waking up to that view every morning has been such a treat. We also really appreciated that the minibar was restocked every day, which was such a nice extra touch. When we first arrived, the staff gave us a great tour of the hotel, showing us around and helping us get familiar with everything. It was a lovely welcome and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The views around the hotel are simply beautiful, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and enjoyable. The entertainment has also been a lovely part of our holiday – cosy, fun, and just the right balance. One day, there was a live DJ playing by the pool, and even some of the staff joined in and danced for a while. It was such a fun and spontaneous moment and really added to the atmosphere. I personally didn’t do any dancing at all, but I had a great time watching everyone else! 😄 We also had the opportunity to visit the spa, which was beautiful and very relaxing. We booked the Deep Tissue Rebalance Ritual, and the massage was absolutely perfect. It was exactly what we needed and a wonderful way to relax and unwind during our holiday. The Spa Manager was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The food has been another pleasant surprise. We honestly didn’t expect it to be this good for an all-inclusive hotel, but every meal has been well prepared, varied, and far beyond our expectations. And the drinks… absolutely delicious! 🍹 Overall, this hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful rooms, stunning views, wonderful food, amazing drinks, a lovely spa, great entertainment, and – most importantly – truly exceptional staff who make you feel welcome and appreciated. It really is the people who make this place special. From the moment we arrived until our last day, we have felt that every member of the team genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. That kind of service is something you remember long after the holiday is over. Unfortunately, we are heading home to sweden tomorrow, and we really wish we could stay a little longer. We are leaving with so many lovely memories and have truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday in Crete so special. You have all played a part in making this a truly wonderful experience, and we would happily come back. Having traveled the globe and stayed at some of the world's most exclusive, luxury properties, I can honestly say that Aulus Chania Resort has captured our hearts and set a brand-new standard for hospitality. We are currently spending our final night of our holiday here, and from the very first moment to the last, everything has been nothing short of phenomenal. The seamless service began immediately when our hotel-organized taxi picked us up from the airport and dropped us off right at the resort in total comfort. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff members are incredibly multilingual, speaking flawless English along with multiple other languages, which made communication exceptionally easy, especially at the reception desk. Our accommodations were remarkably spacious, beautifully designed, and boasted phenomenal, fantastic views from the windows. The resort itself features magnificent swimming pools and spectacular entertainment booked every single night out on the terrace where you simply cannot ask for a better backdrop. The food throughout our stay has been amazing, particularly the breakfast buffet which stands out as the best we have ever experienced. A truly thoughtful detail is the complimentary minibus organized by the hotel, which allows guests to easily visit Chania during either the day or the night. We experienced both excursions and absolutely loved them. What truly elevates this resort above any other luxury hotel is the genuine humanity and soul of its team. One scorching afternoon while sitting by the pool, I watched a member of the cleaning staff working incredibly hard, mopping the deck in the intense heat. Out of nowhere, a lady walked over with a cup of water, handed it to him, and shared a kind word. The cleaner looked completely surprised, repeating back to her, "Is that for me?" She smiled and said yes. It was a deeply moving act of kindness between two human beings that touched me so much I could not resist tracking the lady down the following morning to thank her for her beautiful spirit. I discovered her name is Anna, the Operations Manager, and her empathetic leadership reflects brilliantly on the values of this entire establishment. We have had an absolutely amazing time and will never regret our stay. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team, including the concierge, the reception desk, the hardworking cleaners, the wonderful waiting staff at the buffet area and restaurants, and the entire management group. Your hard work has truly been noticed, and you must keep up the incredible standards. A very special thank you goes to Dimitris and Constantinos for looking after us so impeccably. I sincerely hope this review is shared directly with the head office and the CEO, as you have an extraordinary team in Chania that deserves the highest praise.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel in early August, and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. As Hilton Gold Members, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. The arrival experience was simply outstanding. The team was already waiting for us outside, greeted us warmly, invited us to sit down with a welcome drink, and took care of the entire check-in process while we relaxed. It was a wonderful start to our holiday. Afterwards, Mimis, who is one of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met, gave us a tour of the hotel, showed us the main facilities, and personally escorted us to our suite. The suite itself was absolutely stunning—spacious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. As an extra Gold Member benefit, we were also welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a fresh fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Konstantin, Rena, and Vasilis , who went above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. No request ever seemed too much, and they always found a solution with a smile. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety of options across several restaurants. The cocktails were fantastic, the service was impeccable, and the staff consistently made us feel valued. Our room was spotless every day, the minibar was regularly replenished, and even the toiletries were exceptional—the shower gel and body lotion smelled amazing. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels over the years, but I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such genuinely warm, attentive, and caring hospitality anywhere else.
